A short motivational monologue advising agents to adopt structured daily routines to increase productivity and prevent burnout. The speaker emphasizes that many people live haphazardly—regardless of parental status—but stresses that parents especially must plan mornings, avoid late-night habits like watching Netflix, and wake 60–90 minutes before their children to prepare for work and family roles.
You are unfocused. Most agents, there is no rhyme or reason in how they go about their day and even how they like plan their mornings. And not that like a two hour morning routine is what you need right now if you're struggling to string commission checks together, but just the haphazard lifestyle that they're living. And this is not like if you're single versus if you have kids. And if you have kids, you really need to dial it in. You can't stay up watching Netflix from 10:30 to 12:30 every night if you have kids because they're going to be up at 6:30 and you need to get up probably an hour 90 minutes ahead of them to make sure you have your day planned out and you're doing the things you need to do to get ready to be a great parent, to be a great spouse, to kick butt at business and then come home again and play the spouse or parent role once again.
