A short YouTube monologue by Ryan advising real estate agents to prioritize highly valuable, attention-grabbing content over routine real-estate posts. He recommends a specific email format (feature a top video with a short explanation), regular market-update pillars (weekly or biweekly), and leveraging current events or viral headlines (e.g., the Trump–Elon dispute) to create relevance and engagement for audiences beyond strictly property topics.
In the realm of all the crap people can consume is the stuff I'm going to send to someone actually valuable. And I struggle with that. With all the content I put out, man. This is not only competing with all of the real estate content that's out there from some pretty good people. Mr. Beast puts together an 11 minute video that has him in eight different countries in 11 minutes. So you have to make sure that the stuff you're going to send out is going to really help somebody. I really was impacted by this YouTube short and I just want to take a minute. We do the top video on the email and then you just link it below and you give like a minute or two on why you're sending this out. I hope this blesses you. I hope this moves the needle for you the same way that it did for me. Then over the course of a year, you're going to be like, holy cow. Every time I get something from Ryan, it is going to move the needle for me in my role as a husband, in my role as a dad. And it's going to be way more engaging for you to send out that stuff than anything real estate related. And then I think the pillar piece every month is going to be, you are the market expert and everyone's going to consume your market update, whether it's twice a month or weekly or I probably do it weekly. There's so much going on in the news cycle that you can rip off of. Even if the tariffs have nothing to do with real estate currently, you can rip off that headline and get credit for it. The Trump Elon fight. How does Trump and Elon fighting impact real estate?
