A real estate team divides contract-to-closing work between buyer specialists, who fill out the C2C form and handle initial tasks, and closings-only coordinators, who manage the rest using templated emails and documents. The team also prepares attorney packets with commission info and tips, plus a utilities list and post-closing survey.
This is what my. The split between what my buyer client care person does and buyer client care is a loose term on this side because our buyer person only does closings. So it's really. Her job only starts when she gets a contract submitted to her. So this is her job description up here. And the emails that she sends out. And those emails are in the drive as well. And then the buyer specialist duties, what the buyer agent is expected to do. This is the C2C form that we use that her work starts. When she gets this form filled out properly, she can pretty much close the file without any other paperwork. And this is the checklist that she uses. Closing file requirements. If something's missing, she sends out a red alert. This is the attorney. We send this out to attorneys. We don't let them send a sheet out to us. So you know how they send out a seat, a sheet. We send them out, you know, with our commission, our transaction fee in it, tips for writing an offer. So this is a pretty cool document. And then she has her. All her emails in here. So this is a package she goes through buyer agents. This took her forever to put together, so it's really cool. Her utilities provider list and all this stuff and then the survey that they get sent afterwards. So it's pretty cool. So that's that. On the listing coordinator side, it's probably pretty close to what your listing coordinator is doing right now, except they close the file. So we don't have one for that, but I'll have that. I'll make that happen with all of the emails and all that she does. So there's a similar packet in there for that, and I'll get it over to you and I'll post it in the group.
