What's your I'm done number? Typically, if I ask an agent, so how much residual income would you have to have coming in for you to take a major step back, for you to not work more than, you know, a couple referral deals a year because they're friends, or you refer deals out or, you know, to scale back to 5 to 10 hours a week or no hours per week. What's your I'm done number? Most agents will say $10,000 per month to. To $20,000 per month. A lot will also say 30 or $40,000 per month. So let's say for you, it's $10,000 per month. Like 10,000 I'm done. That's 120,000 of annual residual income. And it has to be residual because I don't want you selling homes into your 70s. I don't want you running your team and doing deals and managing agents or building a brokerage, right? It's painful. The old way of building a brokerage is painful, right? So 10,000 is 120,000 annual, and that's 3 million of liquid net worth. At the 4% rule, in order to generate 10,000amonth. If you want $20,000 a month residual, it's 6 million. This is not funky math. This is the reality of being able to unplug from working. These are the same numbers that would exist if you worked at a bank in uptown Charlotte, right? If you owned a different business than a real estate business. So this is the reality of your situation. And here's the crazy thing. Even if you want to generate 5,000amonthly residual income, which agents do in on our platform, within three to four months, sometimes, that's the equivalent net worth of 1.5 million.
