A real estate agent argues that cheap AI tools won't replace you because they lack the effort and follow-through that actually close deals. He points to $47/month AI callers as commodities that won't generate business alone, and says the agents who win are the ones doing hard things like proactive outreach to FSBO sellers and detailed interviews with other agents.
Generally speaking, the more effort it takes, the less agents are going to do it and the more success you're going to get. It's just the way things are. And I think that's going to continue the more of these tools come out and everyone signs up for the outbound AI calling systems. How effective do you think it's going to be when it's $47 for a month to have an AI outbound salesperson that every agent could employ? How effective in that world do you think it is when, let's say blockchain certified? Like, this is me and it's certified and I'm shooting a video, text, or I'm physically coming to your house. I think it's all worth testing. I would use it as an add on to what you're already doing. Calls never stop. This is just to add on to that. I can't tell you how many hundreds of agents I've had conversations with where they're like, I'm like, okay, let's dive into what you're doing to expand your digital footprint online. Let's see how you're building authority online. And they're like, covered check. I spend $49 a month with this service that puts generic content out consistently. And I'm like, how many deals from that? Like, oh, no, no deals. I'm like, okay. Well, I have to say that for everyone else because not everyone on this call set two FSBO appointments before noon today. But I do think the more effort you put in, the higher the chances of your results are going to be. And my approach with for sale bonus is probably different. Mine was more like a service approach. You know, we mailed you out the property disclos closure. Did you get it? Did you have any showings this last week? Is there any questions I can answer? I just want you to interview me when you bring agents in. That was kind of my approach.
