The approach centers on three systems: Production OS, Attraction OS, and Freedom OS, designed to create sustainable businesses that actually serve the agent's life.
I pulled the plug on my paid coaching company so probably like 30 million in revenue over 12, 13 years or so. Thousands of agents have been through real estate, B school launched Agent Freedom OS and now this broader community called Agent Freedom Collective. Three parts to this and big picture. It's a community of growth minded agents that are coming together to build businesses that serve their lives, not consume them. And within exp even there are different cultures and communities that exist. Our community is about helping agents sell a bunch of homes, bank a bunch of cash and don't lose their life in the process. So the rise and grind, sell more homes. It's always better to produce more. That's not the entire game for us. We want to keep you whole as a person, keep your marriage intact, keep your physical body intact so that you have, you know, you're achieving in all areas of life that truly matter. So there's three elements here. There's a production OS operating system, there's an attraction operating system and then there's a Freedom operating system. And most agents, you may be coming to this overworked, under fulfilled, but there are a ton of agents that would happily have a conversation with you about joining Agent Freedom Collective because there's just a lot of pain and suffering out there.
