The mindset is don't start it today if I can't see myself doing it for the next 10 years. Agents start YouTube and you go in their YouTube channel. Wow, three videos. Three videos in a year. You posted because some person convinced you that there's passive prospects available on YouTube. Right? And I could just copy these 12 videos and it's all going to work, or they do that. I had a guy pay $50,000 to create 12 videos for YouTube because he was promised it would generate a whole bunch of business. These 12 videos, he got not a single thing from it. And his YouTube page, his YouTube channel now has 12 videos on it. Commit to doing one YouTube video per week for the next 10 years, mindset wise, could you probably figure out YouTube maybe? My YouTube's get like 60 to 100 views and I've done one a week for freaking ever. I still do them. There's some benefit to doing them. I think for people that watch them, there's value. But I have not cracked the YouTube code. For me, it's more social proof and authority. People are looking at us. At least they have someplace to go look. So I do think you need to create content so people can at least know who they're getting into business with. But commit to something only if you're going to do it long term.
