Lars Hedenborg explains why real estate agents' big goals fail: they lack a 90-day execution rhythm. Dan Sullivan wrote 100 books by committing to one per quarter. Weekly check-ins and daily habits like calls and content are where real change happens, not in planning.

I first learned this from Dan Sullivan, a strategic coach. And he was 70 when he decided he was going to write 100 books, one per quarter. He was 70 years old when he decided he was going to write 100 books. He's like, it's going to be easy because all I need to do is write one book per quarter. And I'm like, man, that's most people in their whole life, they don't write one book because they think it's this impossible thing. But if you make it like and declare it that every 90 days I'm going to put out a book, you can break it down in make it happen. So the weekly rhythm and the power of landing it daily. I think this is where most agents go sideways. Your three year vision sets the direction, but it's your weekly and daily actions that make transformation real. Weekly rhythms create consistency and consistency creates inevitability. So that's why I just have a lot of certainty, as much as you could possibly have around my future. Because I know that the things I'm declaring for my future are actually in my calendar today. And we're going to work on that. Even each week is its own micro game review. Your numbers recalibrate, choose your top priorities and get back into the right actions. And when your priorities land into daily commitments, the calls you make, the conversations you have, the content you create, the workouts you complete, the quiet time you protect, your identity begins to shift. The daily actions are where this agent freedom operating system becomes yours. The magic isn't in the planning, it's in the execution.
