Real estate agents need a three-year vision like 100 deals from a database, then break it into 90-day experiments with daily action. Test specific tactics like four open houses per weekend, measure contact-capture at 80%, and once it works, delegate to scale.
I think every agent needs to have the same focus. So three years from now, what's the vision for my database? Let's draw a line in the sand that we're going to do in three years. We're going to do 100 deals from the database and what has to be true over the next three years, but most importantly in the first year or the first 90 day run, for that to happen, you've got 12. I think a lot of things can happen in three years, you know, with, with a focus on it. But that three year vision allows you to stay focused on what you do every day. And you know, same thing for open houses. You know, three years from now I want to be closing 100 deals, open houses, and I don't want to do a single freaking open house. So that's the three year vision. So now he's doing four a weekend, but not because he wants to do them in three years. He's doing them because he's dialing it all in. And his next thing he's going to crack the code on is how do I get 80% of the people that come in to give me their contact information. And now he has four open houses this weekend to test it or the next weekend. And it's going to get exhausting and he's going to hate it and he's going to be whatever, but he's going to get through it. And then he's going to find some junior agent to plug into a system that absolutely rocks.
