I was really good at building systems for lead generation so leads were coming in regularly without me having to cold call or pay for leads or some of the nonsense that you know, is kind of taught to our industry. I just built out lead gen systems and the business got like I had too much opportunity and I just had to buy back my time. So mind you that 85% of real estate agents never hire an admin. My 11th month in the business, I hired an admin. I remember I posted an ad 2am on Craigslist and she responded at 7am the next morning. Had already sort of done a little bit of research on me in a metro of 2 million people. She lived five houses down from me and she just came off of working for another agent for seven years and she had sworn off real estate. She was just done. But something in my ad I casted this vision of what I was going to build and my first full year I sold 44 homes and I hired her part time. I remember it's like 14 bucks an hour. Two weeks in, she's like, I, I'm all in, I'm going full time. I didn't ask her to go full time. She told me she was and she's like, you're paying me $20 an hour. And she stayed with me for seven years.
