The first book I read when I got into real estate and I think this was. I wasn't even saved when I got into real estate, but God was watching me and brought the book E Myth Revisited to me. I'm almost sure of it. And it doesn't tell you how to do it. Like if you read it, it doesn't tell you how to do it, but it will forever change your mindset. And it's not real estate specific. I wouldn't get the one. If you haven't read read it. I wouldn't get the one that's for real estate now. I would just read the original version. But essentially if. If you can't take time away from your business, if your business can't run, have a business. So my scorecard for everything that I was doing in my business was like, could this run without me? The book is E Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber. And it's like an old school book and he didn't really do much with his platform, but it is like the. There's lots of different versions. Mike Mallowitz has a good version now that's a little bit more tactical, called Clockwork. So that's the probably the modern day version of E Myth is Clockwork. And I really like Mike's work. That was that mindset. So if you're a broker and you need to bring agents in, if you don't have like a repeatable, documented, proven to work system for bringing talent in on the lead gen side, you know, how do I get them into a discovery meeting, how do I get them into the office to give them a tour or whatever your thing looks like, the chance that you actually grow your brokerage are really low.
