Real estate agents who delegate client care to licensed admins can focus on closing deals instead of getting bogged down in service work. One agent scaled her business from $2.25 million to $22.5 million over seven years by hiring seven admins and building an operations manual.
If you can produce at a level where you can knock two or three closings out in a month, but it takes you like 45 to 60 days to do it, and then you service it and then you get one or two closings or like one closing in two months and then you get all the momentum up again. Then you. And it's like the roller coaster. You have what it takes to be able to afford to delegate. There are so many agents that can't get themselves busy, period, end of conversation. Like for whatever skill or will or whatever, they're just not gonna. But if you are able to get yourself busy and then you just spin out in the, in the, the servicing of that business, then your problem is a really easy problem to fix. It's like just have a local licensed admin come alongside you and take over the 80% of client care that is not ultimately that dollar productive and you just gotta be okay, like delegating a lot of that stuff. One of our members started, she was at about 2,250,000 GCI and she 10x' ed her business over seven years. And she went through seven admin hires, basically one a year because she was bad at hiring. So she didn't let that be the thing that held her back. She was still focused on building the business. And every admin added something to she called her operations manual. The way everything ran in her business, it was moving forward even if there were different players involved.
