I needed their help, right? So I felt like the best way to get their help is to, you know, invest in them and don't operate out of fear like they're gonna go build it. In fact, quite the opposite really happened is people were like, man, you're spending a lot of money and investing a tremendous amount of time building a team. Like, I thought I wanted to build a team, but I really don't because, you know, I got a pretty good life here. Like, this is pretty good. And I think very few people want to do what we do. From a team building standpoint, I knew that that was the only way to continue to reinforce what we were doing and get some buy in and also some contribution.
