This short monologue advises real estate agents to post authentic, anecdotal content (quirky on-site discoveries, late-night work, parenting compromises) instead of bland listing-status updates. The speaker argues everyday, relatable stories engage audiences more effectively than standard posts like "listed/sold/under contract" or open house announcements.
You can't really run out of stuff to post about if you're a real estate agent and this is the areas that I would look for I would look for crazy stuff that you do or you see on your real estate escapades like a raccoon infestation at a property that you're doing an inspection on. It could be the ugliest carpet you've ever seen and do a survey on Facebook. Does anyone else think that 20 year old blue shag carpet is a selling point like the listing appointment I just went on? It could be that you're writing an offer at 9:30 at night because you're a committed agent or if you barely got the kids out of the house this morning you may have fed one of them but two definitely didn't eat this morning. It's all of that stuff that people I think connect with more so than just listed just sold under contract open house. That stuff does nothing. It does nothing. I wouldn't even do that stuff.
