Anytime that people encourage others to move, I think it's a great idea. Especially in the beginning of the day. It really definitely got our blood flowing, definitely got our energy flowing.
Honestly, my biggest takeaway was just how powerful a community of just amazing like minded females can be and the power that we all have together when brought into a group.
For someone that's my age, I'll be 70 in a couple of months. So for me that's saying old dogs learn new tricks. So I've learned a couple of new tricks and
I'm going to implement them. Moving your body could really like shift you into a more positive energy because in reality those emotions do get stuck in our body and we forget to move. We get so sedentary and we get to the point where we really are just sitting in front of our screens and we forget to move that emotion out of us. It
was amazing, transformational. We did so much. I was just thinking at the sound bath at the end, I was like, it felt, felt like I was on a little mini vacation.
It feels so rejuvenating to be able to get your body moving and just have those intentional celebrations of our bodies and the amazing things that we
can do with it. The movement sessions were so amazing. I mean, I felt like my body was coming alive.
My life actually changed to another step higher to the visions that I want for myself.
