I love talking about moving my body and it isn't because I love exercising it isn't because of vanity. I certainly don't do it for how I look because you know what God knows I did that in my teens and in my 20s and in my 30s and I'm so over that I do it because when I move my body it actually gets me in my body. I get centered I get aligned and then I trust my body. You start trusting your body what happens is you start trusting yourself. You get this deeper connection to who you are to yourselves. Then when you trust yourself before you know it you have a deeper connection and a deeper trust to the universe and you don't get rattled as much. You're in your body you're in your center you believe in the universe. Those are the reasons why I love moving my body and I encourage everyone move your body. It isn't for the exercise. It has so much more.
