Hello everybody, and yes, it's time for another video. So as you guys know, I work with people from all over, all over the world. Well, many of my clients, you know, have different nationalities and and they're different race, and they're from different places, and one thing that's very apparent to me is we all have something in common, and we all could be our own harshest critic. See ya! Let me make a little bit of an example. For you. So we go on Facebook, Instagram, and we see the highlights of everybody's lives. We see the highlight reel of, you know, our close friends and family and people we know. And then we look at our life and then we think, where are we going? You know, what are we doing? So what we all have in common is those two voices that we have: the ego, the higher self, you know, but we all have our own inner voice that can be really loud, and sometimes people in the world can be quite harsh and quite mean But once again, no one can be meaner than ourselves. So when you wake up tomorrow morning, or today, wherever you are, and when you start scrolling down the highlights of people's lives, and those voices starts coming on in your head, 'Yeah, this one's buying houses, this one's bought a business, this one's going places.' Now, where are you going? I need you to turn off that channel in your head, change the station, and I need you to pay attention to your own journey, because you may be fighting depression, anxiety, and stress, and you may be struggling, but I need to tell you that you are on your own journey, and we all have our own path in our own journey, and, and sometimes It doesn't mean that this person has this business and is going on that holiday, that their life is squeaky clean. We don't know what they've had to fight to get there and what they've had to do before we start to judge others and ourselves. Yeah, the world has a pretty high expectation of perfection. And it's okay if you're not perfect, because nobody is perfect. No one has perfection, but you, yes, you can be your own type of beautiful. You can be your own type of beautiful. It doesn't mean that you have not gone where you want to be, that you are not moving, because you are on your own journey. It does not mean that your path took a detour, that you're not at your destination. And that you are a failure because you haven't got there. No! It does not mean that you didn't have that baby, you are damaged goods. No! You haven't gone on the wrong path because there's no such path as the wrong path. You are where you are meant to be right now. But let's look at everything that you are and let's look at all the beauty the uniqueness that you hold within you. Look at what you've had to fight before you judge yourself. Look at where you walked, where your feet has walked before you look down on yourself. Look at where you've come from before you beat yourself up. You are not wasting your time. So if you are listening to this video and you feel like you're having the shittest day That is okay, because you know what? Your day doesn't need to be perfect to be okay. Why don't you just think, I've got out of work today, I've got my clothes on, I'm dressed right now, and that is okay, because some people can't even get out of bed. I want you to give yourself more credit. For where you are, for the journey that you are on. You know, just remember, you, yes, you, are your product. Of your own thoughts. So be careful with what you tell yourself and know that you are your own double beautiful. Have a good day.
