What we've been really deliberate about with incorporating AI into Actionable is not adding features yet, but rather identifying the key friction points in the process and reducing friction. I think there's too— this is Chris Taylor's opinion— there's too many products out there that went, oh, AI, we'll add a bunch of stuff that doesn't change the fundamentals of the experience, except it distracts you. And so we went to, where are the places people get stuck? And do we know enough that we could train AI on how to do this? Effectively, and then serve it to our very smart consulting partners in a way where they can modify as opposed to blanket assumptions as we go from stage to stage. So I would say those are the 2 big principles we've brought, reduce friction and don't finalize without human oversight.
