And so recognizing that if you're going to be in business for the long haul, people are going to say all kinds of stuff about you or about your product or about your business. And what— develop that thick skin and develop it early. Just be like, somebody is having a really bad day.
Yeah, it's a them thing, not a you thing.
But when you do that, then it's a lot easier to look at the 1-star reviews and laugh those off. Or, you know, take feedback and go, is this somebody that has the privilege to speak into my life, or is this just Somebody that just needs to shoot their mouth off today, right? And being able to even discern the difference there.
