Well, the first thing is they go, oh my God, I didn't realize where my anger was coming from. I didn't see that it, A, that it was my brain. And because I was busy blaming the outside world for it. And it's not to say that those things aren't happening in the outside world. It's just that they are happening. It's just that's not where the anger is being generated. The anger is being generated in how your brain is telling you to look at those things. So that's a new insight for most people. And then, and then even better is, okay, I can show them exactly what, how their brain is telling them to look at things to make them angry. I can also show them how it's making them, when it makes them anxious, how that's working, when it makes them feel guilty, how that's working. So, so the common emotions that people have, you can very easily show people, when you're having this emotion, this is what your brain is doing to you. You know?
