The very thing that I coach is the stuff that currently I'm very much struggling with myself. And it's because there aren't easy or right answers. You just have to work through them. And that's what I'm trying to sell is that it's much easier for somebody else to partner with you and work through those problems than for you to stare at them and actually figure them out for yourself.

That's why even coaches need coaches.

Absolutely.

Even the world's best coaches. Have coaches. As a matter of fact, they're only the world's best coaches because they have coaches. Mediocre and shitty coaches don't have coaches, okay? Because even a shitty coach coaching you is going to help you see things that you might not be seeing, right? So as long as you are a coach with a coach, you'll be a great coach.
