The 2024 Salesforce State of Sales report found that 62% of high performing sales professionals use AI tools daily. Not to sell for them, but to make every outreach, every follow up and every decision smarter and more strategic. Meanwhile, mid level sellers relying on manual effort alone saw a 28% drop in conversion consistency year over year. That's not a reflection of skill, it's a reflection of systems without structure. Even the most talented professionals lose consistency. Without resilience, they lose confidence. And without intelligent tools, they lose speed.
