I was going through a season of shedding through that betrayal, and I felt good. I felt like I worked through a lot. I was not really feeling heavy about it. But as you know, like emotions can get trapped in fascia. Emotions can get trapped in parts of our body. And so I came to the breathwork, and like you, Jessica, I was like, I know in order for me to get this experience, I have to go all in. And so that's what I kept telling myself when I when I laid down is I was like, just go all in and trust the process. So I'll tell you, like even like the first. First few minutes, my brain was going, are you doing this right? Are you doing this right? Are you breathing right? Are you breathing in deep? Are you breathing, you know, all the right ways? I don't know if I'm doing this right. I don't. And I just kept telling myself, just go all in and just keep going. That was like the main thing that kept like the theme of my inner dialogue was like, it doesn't need to be perfect. Just keep going and keep going all in.
