10,000 Calorie Challenge | EPIC Cheat Day

Rob Lipsett eats 10,000 calories in a day, starting with pancakes and French toast, hitting the gym mid-challenge, then powering through McDonald's, multiple pizzas, and a homemade pizookie. He reaches 10,030 calories by 10 PM, with the Chicago Town pizza being the only thing he struggled to finish.

I can't believe I'm doing this. Alright, so the day is finally upon us. You guys asked me so many times to do a 10K challenge, and I said, look, why not? It's a bit of fun. It's kind of like a YouTube rite of passage. It's a challenge that everyone does, and I've never ever tried it before. So sit back, relax, and let's see how I do. I see a lot of people do these challenges and they like kill themselves at breakfast. They eat like a pizza for breakfast and they're just, you know, feeling bad for the rest of the day. So I'm going to go to a cafe down the road that has like the protein, carbs, fats, calories, and just get a massive stack of pancakes and maybe some French toast too. Let's go! Doors closing. So with the American-style pancakes, 1,010 calories, and the French toast, 710. That's what I'm gonna go for. Good bit of protein in it as well. The green is protein and then fat and carbs. All right, round 1 starting at 10:04 AM. See what we can do. So that was 4 minutes. Is that focused? Start at 10:04, finish 10:12. So feeling pretty confident now, but it is earlier on the day, and I'd say I have like a very new demographic of viewers watching this right now. So if you're new to the channel, be sure to hit that subscribe button. I won't let you down. Okay, back at home now, and I've got a 4-pack of Tesco Belgian milk chocolate cookies. Each one of these is 306 calories, so I'm just gonna be like heating these up and eating them throughout the day. Alright, so cookie number 1. Alright, so I just hit the 2,000 calorie mark, so I'm gonna go to the gym now. Thank God I've got squats today. I'm gonna have plenty of energy, but I want to go now instead of later because later on I'm probably gonna be feeling like so bloated and everything. So I'm always so hungry after the gym as well. So I'm gonna go now, get leg day done, then come home and have probably maybe my biggest meal of the day. Okay, screw it, one more cookie before I hit the gym. I just realized I should probably eat as much as I can while I'm feeling good. Instead of later when I'm feeling a little bit full. So yeah, I'm getting really tactical about this. Time update, it is 10:47. Gonna go hit the gym. So I got my leg day essentials, um, Myprotein leggings, big baggy hoodie that I got in the airport. You know you're a sick lad when you make a hoodie you got in the airport look cool. And then just bag of tricks like knee sleeves and stuff. Let's go hit this leg workout. Seeing as this video is focused on the kind of eating challenge and stuff and not on training, I'm just gonna do a quick workout here, show a couple of sets, and then we'll resume the usual programming. Now we are gonna go hit up some McDonald's because, uh, studies show post-workout drive-through McDonald's like boosts testosterone and increases protein synthesis by like a billion percent. So that's exactly what we're gonna do. There it is, Mickey D's, motherfucker. All right, what do we got going on here? I'm gonna go for twisty fries and a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with cheese. It's classic. I haven't had McDonald's in— I can't remember, could be 2 years. Hello. Hey, how's it going? Could I get a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with cheese, a large. Can I get twisty fries with that? Can I actually get some sweet and sour dip and barbecue dip? Anything else? No, that's great. Thank you so much. That's perfect. Thank you. Take care. What a nice man. That's great. Thank you. Cheers. Legend. Oh, here it is. Thank you so much. Have a great day. Cheers. Yeah, McDonald's is the OG. Like, you know, it has withstood the test of time. You know, it's famous for a reason, so don't hate on Mickey D's. All right, let's get home and devour this. Post-workout meal is going to be curly fries, which are like 520 calories. The Quarter Pounder is about 500 as well. I have it all exactly on my phone. The sauces are actually 50 calories each, so like 100 calories. Maybe I'll count that towards my intake. I don't know if I'll need to, but, uh, yeah, I'm starving. I actually went like extra high volume on that leg session just to kind of use up some energy. So I'm gonna watch some like, um, YouTube now, whatever, and, uh, get my eat on. Starting time is 1:26. Alright, done. Nothing left. Um, so I started at 1:26, finished at 1:30. That is a disgrace. That is the definition of fast food. Just goes to show how easy McDonald's is to eat. So now it is time for dessert. Wait till you see what I'm gonna have. So for dessert, I'm having one of these things. I saw them and I was just like, what the the hell. Like, I've never, never tried this. And I might have some— not the whole thing— some cookie core Ben Jerry's. So that whole pizza is 1,339 calories. I guess I put this in the oven now. This is a first. Oh my God, zoom in on that. Yeah, so jealous. Oh. Okay, so you're gonna have that later. And yeah, dig into this. So dessert is commencing at 1:47. Let's go! Finishing up at 1:52. I think that was the first meal that like I kind of feel full, but I still feel absolutely fine. I'm pretty confident that I'll get this 10,000. Actually, if this video gets 15,000 likes, I'll do the 15,000 calorie challenge. If it gets 20,000 likes, I'll I'll do the 20,000 calorie challenge. I'm gonna chill out for a bit, get a bit of work done, actually do normal stuff that doesn't revolve around an eating challenge, and I'll catch up with you at the next meal. Alright, so I just got finished up doing a lot of client check-ins because today's Monday, so you'll check in on Sunday and try to get them within 24 hours. And just organizing the coming few weeks, me and Sarah might be doing a seminar down in Galway. Stay tuned for that till it's confirmed. Anyways, now on to the pizza. This is what is up next. It's a Goodfellas Mighty Meat Fest, and I just noticed, okay, it comes with sweet chili dip. Delicious, okay? And the sweet chili dip adds 127 calories to it, so gotta take that into account. Oh yes, sir. To also get my calories up that little bit more, I'm gonna go for 30 grams of grated cheese. That will add on 117 calories. I'm gonna put that on top of the pizza. That's good. Okay, so I got my pizza, I got my laptop, uh, I got some blue cheese dressing, I got some sweet chili dip pizza. So let's see, the time on the clock is 4:05. Let's go! So finishing time was 4:13. Alright, so now I'm gonna go back to our friend Ben and Jerry's. I'm just gonna chip away at it for a bit. I'm not gonna eat the whole thing, gonna save most of it for the last meal, but I'm just gonna have a little bit now. Alright, so I'm saving this for like the dessert of my last meal. We're nearly there. Alright, so now it's starting to hit me a little bit, but you know, it's really not that bad. I've seen people like getting sick outside and stuff like that trying to do this challenge and No, I'm still feeling pretty good, you know. Uh, so I'm gonna knock out the last meal, which is a Chicago Town pizza and then 2 of those Tesco cookies and then the end of the Ben Jerry's. Gonna cook the pizza, melt the cookies in the microwave, put the ice cream on top, make kind of a pizookie. Comment down below if you've ever had a pizookie. And that is going to be just over 10,000 calories. That is a challenge done. A quarter of a pizza contains 409 calories. That is 1,636 calories in that. You know when you're playing like Super Mario on the Nintendo and you get to like the end of the level and there's like a boss? That's like what the Chicago Town Pizza is for me right now. Okay, nearly there. Right, so I got some kind of mustard and a bit of dip. Sprite Zero to make it go down a little bit easier. And you probably noticed that I really don't watch too much TV, or any TV. I talked about it on this channel before, and I think you can just benefit so much more from watching things online. Like, you can search up your favorite entrepreneur, your favorite business owner, and just watch them give a talk. And they're like— the internet, YouTube, and everything is just amazing. I would just rather watch something that's gonna benefit me instead of like watching the Kardashians. I'm gonna look for something to watch now and get psyched up for this, okay? Because next It's the end, but it's getting tough now. This is like— this is the big boss, starting at 8:17. Oh my God, I don't know if that was even nice. Yeah, that was the hardest one. It started off well. The last half It was tough. I literally sound like I'm giving it an analysis on how a football match went. Yeah, so we started off strong, but the defense at the end was just not holding up. All I have to do is get the rest of that Ben Jerry's in and 2 large cookies, but they'll go down so much easier compared to that. Apparently there's something to do with your, like, taste buds or something that you can go sweet— you can go savory and then sweet is much easier to eat. That's what I've been doing today. So right, I'm gonna take, take a bit of rest and then we get that into us. Finishing time: 8:26. All right, we're here. This is the end, the final meal. I'm actually feeling good now. I just went for a walk around the hood and yeah, I'm feeling better now. It is cookies and Ben Jerry's. I'm gonna heat the cookies up. I'm just gonna show you. Okay, so 2 of these. I had 2 earlier. And the rest of this, microwave that, make kind of a bazooka. These are big guys. Oh yes, now this I'm looking forward to. Exactly 959. Let's do this. Wow, that was really, really easy. 10:03, done. All right guys, so that wraps it up at 10,030 calories. So let's just go through it here. American-style pancakes, the French toast, uh, 2 of the cookies, then the Quarter Pounder Deluxe, the twisty fries, the chocolate fudge Sweetfellas pizza, barbecue sauce, sweet and sour sauce, then the pulled beef brisket pizza, which was by far the hardest. I just don't think it was a nice pizza, it was just too rich. The Goodfellas Mighty Meat Fest with extra cheese, which was really nice. I just add the blue cheese dressing as well. I actually forgot to count the sweet chili sauce, but knock them over anyways. The peanut butter fudge, uh, Ben Jerry's, and 2 more cookies. So that is everything accounted for to the calorie. Oh, let's see, this is my macros for today: 318 grams of protein, 1,143 carbs, and 492 fat. This is how you do not hit your macros. All right, people, so I'm gonna wrap things up there and kind of just talk about it. So After that, I'm like feeling fine. Like, I could definitely eat more Ben Jerry's and cookies. The only bad part today was the Chicago Town Pizza. That was the only time I was feeling like really full. And I'm actually like bulking at the moment, so like if I did this challenge when I'm cutting and when I'm hungrier, I'd be able to do so much more. So remember, 15,000 likes, I will do the 15,000 calorie challenge. 20,000 likes and I will do it. Or I'll attempt it. But yeah, today was easy. As you can see, I ate everything. And by the way, if this guy— see, I always told people in the past about my appetite and how big it was, but no one understood it. Everyone's like, yeah, right, he's just trying to sound like a big man with the big appetite. But no, I— my appetite, I can eat and eat. So if me, if this guy can get competition shredded, first place, stay lean year round, and it's just really down to willpower. Um, so yeah, today was like really interesting. Like, it was actually really interesting to see how much I can actually put away and stuff. So, um, yeah, like I said, I don't recommend this. I don't condone this. It's just for entertainment, just because like it's a YouTube thing. It's like a challenge video. But yeah, like I said, I really appreciate the thumbs up. And yeah, I'll be going back to my regular content now. But anyways, look, thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed. Keep it real. I'm out of here. Peace! Peace!
