Hey, what is going on everyone? Welcome to today's video. Now I am back with the calorie challenges. So a few of you may recognize me from the 10,000 calorie challenge and the 20,000 calorie challenge. Both videos went kind of viral, and I'm gonna link those two down below. Everyone was always asking me to do another one, do another one. So after the 10,000 calorie challenge, I did that very easily, okay? I enjoyed that, that was fun. At the end of the day, I was like, "Pfft, wouldn't mind a little bit more." And then, at the 20,000 calorie challenge, okay, that was difficult. When I hit the 20,000 calorie mark, I was like, my body was like, "No more. You are physically full. I cannot take anymore." So then, I was thinking, "What's my next challenge gonna be?" So I came up with 10,000 calories in one meal, okay? So, I haven't seen this done too much on YouTube. It's definitely been done a couple times, but it's not as popular as the other challenges. So I'm gonna go off and get the food now, If you're new here, because these videos always reach a kind of new demographic, be sure to subscribe. I will not let you down on that one. This channel mainly revolves around fitness and travel and vlogging, but I love food, so there's always a bit of food in there. I would also really appreciate it if you took one second and gave the video a thumbs up. That is all I ask. So now let's get into the video. Hey, yeah, yeah, double down bacon burger. Thank you. Excellent. Now let us swing over to Mickey D's. Hey, how's it going? I'm gonna get 2 large twisty fries, 1 Swiss Stack burger, 12 Chicken McNuggets. Yeah, can I actually get 4 barbecue daves? Yeah, that should be the lot. Perfect, thank you. Gonna be good. I have a strange life sometimes. Uh, yeah, I'm gonna order a large pepperoni passion and a large garlic dip with that as well. This is a highly advanced operation, you know. We got to get the pizza arriving just when I come home as well, so just everything is ready to go. We don't play games here. Hiya, uh, you're the person for two twisties? Yes. Oh yeah, no worries. Yeah, of course. Cheers, thanks very much. Thank you. Thanks. Yo, what's up, man? Hey, how's it going? You're gonna be in the next calorie challenge video. Good luck, man. Good luck. Appreciate the support, bro. Legend. The Lipsett Fitness Army is everywhere. Okay, so we have the goods. We have the Subway cookies, the McDonald's, and the KFC. So let's get home and do this thing. Okay people, so here we go. Uh, this is gonna be meal for one, and let me just go through everything because I've got a list and see if it all evens out. So we have the Swiss Stack McDonald's burger, we have the 12 Chicken McNuggets, we have got twisty fries, 2 of them. We've got the main appearance here from the large pepperoni pizza. We've got the Double Down bacon burger. We've got 4 Subway cookies, 2 bags of Haribo Tang Fostics. I wanted to get Sour Patch Kids, they're a rare delicacy in Ireland, they're hard to find. A tub of Cookie Dough Switch Up by Ben Jerry's. Jerry's. This thing, okay, Twix spread. It's like, think of biscuit caramel Nutella. In that whole jar, it is 1,122 calories. And then I got the sauces, got the garlic and herb dip, and even got some mayo just to get in some extra calories. So I am gonna sit down, I'm probably gonna put a documentary on and just enjoy this. But do not think that I'm going into this blindly, right? I've got a tactic, okay? So the way I look at it right. There's 3 parts to this show, okay? Part 1 is going to be the pepperoni pizza and the twisty fries, okay? Part 2 is going to be the burgers and the 12 Chicken McNuggets. After that, we're off to the races. So then we have dessert of the Ben Jerry's, the Twix spread, and the Tangfastics and the cookies, and then we're done. So I'll see how we get on. I think I got this. I'm gonna aim for around an hour, and if not, then I'll still just finish it all today anyways and still give you guys what you want, which is to watch me eat tons of food. So right, let's go. Okay, so part 1 of this show is going to be the pizza and the twisty fries. Starting time is— just showing you that my phone is connected to Wi-Fi, which sets the time automatically, and it is 1:52. All right, let's go. To show you how quickly I eat, that's one slice down and it's still 1:52. By the way, in all these calorie challenges, you're not allowed to drink your calories. That's too easy. So that's why I'm drinking water and zero drinks. So this time I like eat in normal motion, not sped up. So, we finished that off at 2:04. So, that was just over 10 minutes. I'm still feeling pretty good. So let's keep on going. So on to part 2 of the show. 208. So this is the KFC bacon thing, uh, Swiss Stack from McDonald's, and then we got the 12 Chicken McNuggets here, and then we got some dip as well. So yeah, this is going pretty too— a bit too well. I'm gonna try to slow down a little bit here and enjoy it, but, uh, yeah, we're on track. Alright, last bite of this chicken bacon burger. I have to say, the Swiss stack was great. This, not feeling it. A little bit too much sauce, a little bit rich, but Zack, now we just got 4 chicken McNuggets left. 1 fucking nugget left. Oh, guys, come on. Feel alright. Feel full, but you know, always room for dessert. And date and time, date and time, and we are at 2:20. I'm going to just clean up, take 2 minutes to clean up, and then we are gonna smash out this dessert. This is gonna be great. All right, I've brought in a spoon and a bowl to bring some sort of order to this savagery. So we are going to have first the cookies right here, the cookies, the ice cream, and the Twix spread. Starting time, it's 2:26. I'm really looking forward to having some dessert. You know, it's good to switch up between sweet and savoury. Yeah, this is it. We're on the home straight. So right, let's go. First, actually, I got to do a taste test of this Twix. Oh my God. Oh my God. Mmm. That should be illegal. Oh my God. Wow. Okay, so starting to suck a little bit, so I have just put everything into that bowl and we are gonna finish this. Ha! We're gonna finish this. We got these. Actually, to be honest, I completely forgot about these and I was just kind of— I saw them out of the corner of my eye and I was like, oh, Haribo, why you doing missed me. But, um, I still think we're gonna get this. But yeah, it's starting to, uh, starting to take some time now. We're at 2:42, 50-minute mark, I think. So I'm just going to clean away this and then take on the Haribo. 2:46. I think we just might make this in under an hour. If not, still good. Okay, let's see how these are going to go down. Pretty good. Yeah, pretty good. I would hate to do like 10,000 calories of the same food. I think changing up your foods makes things so much easier, and thank God for that. So yeah, I think, uh, I should knock these back in like 5 minutes. Ah, okay, okay, okay. 2 minutes 52. Oh yes! Oh my God, done! Whoa, someone call an ambulance. Oh my God. Okay, challenge done. I'll wrap up this video in a while. All right people, so that is the video. I went for a walk with some friends and a nap. I'm feeling a little bit better now. Just for the record, I do not condone or promote this type of behavior. This is just for entertainment purposes and even marketing purposes. If you actually watch my other videos, the advice I give out is very science and evidence-based, and I actually recommend people picking a diet that they can sustain and adhere to and that doesn't lead to cheating or binging like this. Um, I promote flexible dieting, really. And if you want to read further into that, I've got a whole ebook linked right in the description box and it's all about putting together your own plan, training and nutrition that you can sustain, enjoy, and that's going to get you killer results. So if you want to check that out, again, it's in the description box. Please leave a comment on any other challenges you want me to do. I think later in the week I'm going to try to do burning 10,000 calories. Uh, again, I just think it'd be a bit of fun. YouTube is something that gives me great joy and I just really love making videos. So any recommendations you guys what you'd like to see, uh, comment down below. But so until the next time, keep it real. Thank you so much for watching. Be sure to like, comment, subscribe. I'm out of here. Peace.
