What's up everyone, welcome to today's video. Now I know it's that time of year, a lot of people have booked some trips away. In T-minus 10 days, me and Linda are going off to Ibiza. This is round 2 for me. I went to Ibiza for about 3 days with Mike and Louie at the start of summer. We did— I don't think we even took a photo. I think we took one photo. But now we're going for 10 days, me and Linda, nice little romantic trip. So we're gonna go all out. We haven't been on holidays with each other all year, not once. So we're really excited for this and we both want to great. I want to cut down a little bit and create some leeway for when I'm on holiday so I don't have to be on MyFitnessPal in Nobu weighing out the black cod with digital scales. We don't want that. That's not cool. So one thing I love to do is a little bit of a holiday prep. It's, you know, set myself some macros, a training plan, a cardio plan, and just stick to it and smash it. So when you do go on your trip away, you're just feeling amazing. So look, if anyone's got a trip booked away, you might want to follow the next couple of days, and then we'll also do an Ibiza vlog when we're there. So excited. To have a little midsummer, you know, midsummer shred. But anyways, this morning I was at client calls all morning. For breakfast I had some Ghost Greens, one of my favorite supplements, and then just some protein milk and shake. As you guys know, if you've been following the channel for a while, I like to just have a high protein, very small breakfast before the gym, okay? Maybe like 2 hours before. If I have a huge breakfast or a load of calories in the morning, I just feel slow, sluggish, and really unproductive throughout the day. Like, I, I get nothing done editing, meals. I like to be nice and sharp in the morning. So that's what I had this morning. And now we're gonna work out, we're gonna take our pre-workout, we're gonna go to Ultimate Performance Marbella, and then we're gonna have a big post-workout meal. But anyways, I'll show you everything. Let's go. Also, just a quick one, this video is sponsored by Manscaped. Check it out. GME stocks are down. What? This doesn't make any sense. Stocks only go up. Oh, hey guys, good morning. Didn't see you there. Before we crack on today's video, I want to give a big thank you to Manscaped for sponsoring the video. Manscaped is an amazing product that I've been using recently that we're going to go over right this second. So Manscaped sent me an amazing package during the week. I'll put all the details on the screen, but here are a few highlights of said package that I'm going to go through. So the first thing is we got the Shears 2.0, which is 4 pieces of essential grooming kit and even a little storage case too. It actually looks like a stylish wallet in my opinion. So here's a look at a few of the contents inside it. Next up, we got the Weed Whacker, which for those pesky nose and ear hairs that kind of make me look like my grandfather at times. We also got the Crop Mop. These are just straight up ball wipes. And now the pièce de résistance, the Lawn Mower, which uses skin-safe technology to stop you from nicking your nuggets when you're shaving down your nether regions. This is kind of like the main product of Manscaped, and it's an overall body trimmer and something that I use even on my arms to make them look more vascular. I use on chest hair down here, and I also use them to trim my legs quickly when I'm in the shower, as it is waterproof too. And if you want to make your muscles look more defined, make that vascularity pop out, I noticed that giving your body a little trim, it's not only hygienic, it actually does make your aesthetics look a little better and make you look a bit more defined. So it's a product I love, and I always— it's so quick and easy to use, I always just do it when I'm in the shower. If you want to pick up any Manscaped products, the code is LIPSET. I'll put all the details on screen of what that code gets you. They ship worldwide. And again, they're a really cool brand that support a lot of men's charities as well, which I'm all about. And I also got some sick packaging too. Like, come on, you got a newspaper that says we save balls. Come on. So again, I'm putting everything down in the description box. Manscaped, thank you so much for sponsoring this video and hope to work with them again in the future. So let's get into it. It's wrong to be in lockdown. Pre-workout, we're gonna go for some Natty Pump Sour Watermelon Size. I think that is one of the most slept on supplements from ghosts there is, creatine. It's the most proven sports supplement in history. We're gonna go for some Guzz Juice. This is Christian's signature pre-workout. Usually I'm a man for the whiskey serve, so we're gonna combine all three of these and we're gonna head off to the gym. So let's go. All right guys, so we are about to go into UP. Today was a bad day to wear a black t-shirt, even though it is a very nice Alphalete t-shirt, discount code Lipsett. But yeah, we're gonna go in, change into a tank top, and smash this upper body session. Really looking forward to Thank you, Rob. Today is going to be a push day. We're going to start off with some benching. Look at that. And then we're also going to throw in some arms at the end. I'm very excited for that. Got leg day tomorrow, but it's not like any of you guys are going to watch that video, so thankfully it's chest today. With the nugget crispy cheese. Can't beat it. All right, so we're ready to go. Look at this. It's like gym heaven. Welcome to today's training session. Let's go over my 10-day mini cut shred extravaganza calories. I will be eating in the range of 2,300 to 2,500 calories. Usually I don't do ranges, I just pick an intake and stick to it, but I'm allowing myself a little bit more flexibility for this is just a holiday tidy up, not Mr. Olympia. Although I am sure walking into Ocean on Friday is just as nerve-wracking as competing in the O. Macros: protein is at 200 grams. This is mostly to combat the insane appetite I have, but also feel better overall on a higher protein intake. Carbs and fats will make up the rest of the calories. If I have a lower carb day and fat ends up higher than planned, or vice versa, so be it. But generally speaking, I tend to favor a higher carb, lower fat intake most days. I find this allows me to keep my fullness when I'm cutting down, and my training sessions are way better. That brings us on perfectly to training. I'll be following my usual legs push-pull split for the first week. In week 2, I will do my favorite 5-day split, which is legs push-pull upper/lower. Then while I'm in Ibiza on holiday for the 10 days, I'll be doing full body 3 times a week. So I'm actually really looking forward to the variety of my training routine over the coming weeks. Whenever I want to spend less time in the gym, or if I'm going through a busy or stressful time when I need to prioritize other things in my life apart from lifting, I switched to a 3-day full body split. Cardio. In the last year or two, I have really started to learn about and notice the benefit of regular cardio in my training. When I first started out lifting, I thought it nuked gains. When I realized this wasn't the case, I just didn't think it was that important to include in your training. And nowadays I've come full circle and I really feel the health benefits and positive effect it has on not only my physique but my mind too. So I'll be doing cardio pretty much every day leading up to trip and also staying active while out there. That brings me on to daily steps, something I'm big into. As you all know, I have my notifications set on my phone that tell me when I'm slacking on my step count, which is set at 12K steps per day on top of cardio. This will also be something I'm going to keep up while on holidays. One of the best fat loss habits you can pick up, bar none, is getting in a daily amount of steps. In today's world, we sit on our asses way too much. Supplements are the usual usual stuff: creatine, pre-workout, a green supplement, whey protein, and a pump product are the main ones, all from Ghost. If you want to pick up anything, there's a link and discount code that gets you 20% off your entire order in the description box. Have at it. That's it, guys. I'll explain some benefits of a mini cut like this later in the video, but I'm mainly doing it to create a buffer for my holidays so I can smash a load of paella. All right guys, so finishing off the workout with 30 minutes on this torture machine at StairMaster. I love it at the same time though. So we are just listening to some Joe Rogan talking about UFOs, one of my favorite topics ever, so interesting. We're on minute 17, we've burned 220 calories, so by 30 minutes should be around 350. Loving it, gonna leave the gym feeling amazing when we go home and get some food. Okay, there's a huge amount going on here. So first of all, for the protein, we are going to have good old chicken breast, okay? Carb source is going to be Maxi Tortillas Trigo. In each one of these, 177 calories, 3 fat, 32 carbs, 5 protein, and 1.5 grams of fiber. So that's actually pretty solid, those wraps. For seasoning, we're going to go for this Peri Peri hot sauce, seriously low calories, pretty much negligible. Some Cali Cali Buffalo Chipotle seasoning. This company is run by two very good friends of mine and two amazing entrepreneurs, Tom Gannon and Noel McGrath. So shout out to them for sending me out some of these. That's going to be seasoning. We're going to put salsa in the wraps for some extra nutrients. We're going to do jalapeños, red peppers, and some avocado. Last but not least, right, I found one of these just in one of the drawers because remember, we're renting this place. How old school is this? This reminds me of being in college before I failed all my exams and dropped out. I was actually a college student for a little bit, but we are going to use that to kind of seal the wrap and make it all compact and presentable. Let's put this And that's going to be the first main meal of the day. It's 2 PM. It's going to be delicious. This is the hardest part of the whole recipe, and it is closing it. And getting it into the machine. Okay, so the close is looking good. Yeah, that's solid. So you want to put it this way up so the toaster comes in contact right there. It seals it like a little beautiful envelope. Ah, it's perfect. So we leave that there for about 5 minutes and I'll show you the finished results. All right, moment of truth. And we are looking good. Look at those little grill marks now. Oh, look at that, like it's Nothing worse than a wrap that falls apart. Look at the durability. So that's solid. Perfect post-workout meal. Tons of protein, nutrients, carbs. I'm gonna enjoy this, and Linda's gonna have the same as me. Tell you guys throughout the day, try the next meal. Might go to the beach, who knows. All right, so the wrap was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10. Do try out that recipe. But this, the dessert, 150 calories, cracked in MyFitnessPal. The Oreo ice cream cake. Mm, right, catch you later. Here in Costa Bella Beach, as you can see, it is absolutely amazing. It just stretches as long as you can see. I think we're going to walk down to Nikki Beach, about 3 km that way, 30-40 minute walk, then walk back. What I find with these beach walks, going for a swim every day, obviously it ups your activity level, you know, it's good for you and all that, but it's so good for your mental health. I just find it's like hard to complain when you're in a place like this in the sun and going for a swim. So the daily swims, get on them no matter where you are, even if you're in Dublin. This is absolutely beautiful. I'm gonna go for a walk and then see you guys later. Post-beachwalk treat, you know I gotta have my Daily Fuel Cakes, available in in the description box. Delivery worldwide. The best protein pancakes in the game. Here is the mix. We got bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. I've seen online people are now like hating on fruit again. I feel like the fitness industry online was making progress the last couple years, and then this year I think everyone got bored and just started making random stuff up and trying to like package it up and sell it. I actually see people hating on fruit nowadays. The way I view it, it's just like a carb source. And a really good one as well. It's got vitamins, minerals, fiber, and it tastes great. Don't be afraid to eat fruit. We're gonna make these pancakes. We got the main toppings there, and then we got some bowl toppings too. The cacahuete. This is what I work as. All right, people, so that is a beautiful plate. Look at that, that's like art. Like, that is so good. So we're gonna eat this now, wind down a little bit. We're watching The Serpent on Netflix, highly recommend it. Then we're gonna finish off our calories, macros, finish off the day, have a little chat. That's a sick video. All right, people, so as always, that stack of fuel cakes was 10 out of 10 in my very biased opinion. But before we go On to the next meal. I'm just doing a little bit of client work, just having a chat with a few people. Told them that I'm recording a mini cut video today, a little mini shred, Ibiza shred, whatever you want to call it. And we're talking about what are the benefits of mini cuts. And basically the last couple of months I've just been enjoying summer and I'm just winding things back a little bit. I want to tidy things up before I go to Ibiza. I want to feel fresh and lean. But mini cuts are actually kind of come from bulking really. And when people are doing, let's say, a 6-month bulk and they've taken it too far and they want to wind things back a little bit, lower their body fat slightly, and even improve their nutrient partitioning, which comes from having a lower body fat percentage. And before they go back to bulking, that's where it actually came from. So basically, they usually last between about 2 to 4 weeks. Any longer than that, you're just doing a regular old cut. You want to go back into a deficit very quickly, and because it's so short, you're not going to lose any muscle or strength. It's not even going to be very difficult, okay? Some people actually also do it to reset their appetite. Which I find very interesting as well. So if you're bulking, you're trying to gain weight, and you've taken a little bit too far, or just like me, if you want to tidy things up a little bit, a little 2-week shred can actually be very beneficial. So comment down below, have you ever done a mini cut before? I've been using them for years and I find them great. But now we're gonna finish off today's meals with some tuna and rice. Classic! So, little fact for you, tuna steak is one of, if not the leanest source of protein ever. It is pretty much zero fat, zero carbs. So we're getting some broccoli in there as well. All right guys, so that is the final meal. Very standard, bit of a classic, seasoned well though, and I'm actually really excited for this. So this is going to give us exactly 2,507 calories. Give or take. It obviously doesn't have to be to the calorie, but yeah, 2,500 calories. That is what this looks like, what you saw in today's video. Of course, half an hour cardio pretty much every day, and at least 12,000 steps every day, if not more. So that's it. Let's see how we're looking in 10 days' time. Anyways, give the video a thumbs up. If you're new here, subscribe. I'm out of here. Keep it real, and we're out.
