The day is finally upon us. Alright guys, it's finally here. It's the sequel to 10,000 calorie challenge. And now for a bit of background on people who don't know me, my name is Rob Lipsett and I'm a YouTuber from Dublin, Ireland. A few videos ago I did the 10,000 calorie challenge and I said for the next challenge, if that video gets a certain amount of likes, I'll do the 20,000 calorie challenge. And now I am a man of my word, so here we are. Same rules apply for this video. For the next challenge, One like equals one calorie consumed. Do your worst. These are just like a fun YouTube challenge. Don't take it too seriously. They're entertaining to watch and they tend to reach a lot of people. So if you're new here, if you're new to the channel, be sure to hit that subscribe button right now. I promise you won't regret it. So with that said, these videos tend to get a lot of views. So I previously mentioned that for my next challenge, I'm gonna get the ad revenue that I make from this video. I'm gonna check it in the analytics and then I'm gonna donate that to a charity of my choice. So It's all for a good cause. So be sure to share it around, send it into your WhatsApp group, or send it to your friend who thinks he can eat a lot. With that said, let's kick off the video. It's breakfast time. Okay people, breakfast time, the first meal of the day, and this is coming in at 4,402 calories. So we are going to go for 3 Oreo donuts, 3 strawberry ice ring donuts, 3 cinnamon swirl, 3 maple and pecan plat. It's pronounced plat, like, you know, plat your hair, but this is a pastry. And then 1 chocolate twist along with 60 grams of maple syrup just to make it less dry. And I'm going to eat this with a knife and fork because I don't want to get my hands all sticky. Just let me do my thing, okay? The starting time on the clock 8:19.
Right, 8:19, let's go.
I forgot to say that apparently the only rule in these challenges is that you cannot drink your calories. So I'm gonna drink some almond milk with this because I find it kind of settling and I like the taste of it, but I'm not gonna count this towards my caloric intake. Let's get back to it. Okay, so 6 donuts down and it's now 8:24. So that's like, what, 5 minutes? Um, yeah, it's going pretty well. My camera is saying it's low on battery here, so I might pause there and then come back to these in like 10-20 minutes. Okay, so I went and just quickly charged my camera battery there. It should do the job. Let's be real, this isn't gonna last long. So to finish off this meal, the starting time is— starting time is 8:31. All right, let's go. Okay, finishing time, 8:40. So feeling pretty good after that. You know, I just had like a little 5-minute lie down there and yeah, I'm feeling fresh. But I think the worst part of that meal was the cinnamon swirls. They were just a bit dry, but apart from that everything was good. If I had just a full 4,000 calories of donuts, I would have done that way easier. So I'm probably gonna hit the gym in a little bit, see how we're looking after that breakfast. Let me get out of my pajamas. Pretty bloated after that, but I'll still be able to train. Okay, so last week I knew I was gonna do this challenge today, so I got a bit of a secret weapon. So here we have the Silver Queen. For some reason it says the King of Bars. It's kind of contradicting itself a little bit. In this bar there is 5,610 calories, and there's also like 130 grams of protein in it. So, you know, it's basically a protein bar. The King of Bars, bigger and greater sensation. Sounds like a vibe. So anyways, uh, right, I'm gonna eat this like throughout the day just to keep myself going over, you know, keep that calorie clock ticking. And I'll probably add it to a few meals as well. Like, I think it would be pretty good with ice cream. Okay, so it's like a brick of gold. Oh no.
Okay.
Okay, it's pretty nice, but it's very hard to eat, so I'm gonna have to like bake with this or something. Either way, I will consume it somehow. Okay, back, back in here. This just adds more depth to the story. It's like, how is Rob gonna take down the Silver Queen? Keep watching, find out. All right, I'm gonna go hit the gym now. It's actually meant to be a rest day for me, but I still want to go burn a few calories and hopefully get a little bit hungrier. So I'm gonna do some cardio and some light isolation work. Like, it's what I call an active rest day, so I'll just be training like calves, biceps, abs, you know, just easy stuff like that. So let's go! All right, nice little workout done. Got a good sweat on. So now to continue on with the challenge, I think the next stop is Burger King.
Let's go.
Okay, so we are outside the BK lounge. Let's go in, get the job done. Got the fucking goods, man. Okay, we're back. Let's lay out the meal. So we got a double Texas Steakhouse, one large fries, and then 16 onion rings. Then we got some barbecue dipping sauce. And oh my God, they forgot the mayo. They fucking forgot the mayo.
Oh, okay.
Also a Diet Coke. And I'm gonna watch some YouTube. So right, starting time 12:50 on the starting time. I'm actually really looking forward to this because all the bakery stuff is kind of like sugary, syrupy, so, you know, this is like a nice savory meal. Finishing time is 12:59. Oh yeah, that was, that was a Enjoyable. All right, so I think I'm about 6,700 calories in. If this was the 10,000 calorie challenge, like easy, like it's like 1 o'clock now, I'd clear that. But it's a 20,000 calorie challenge, so I need to soldier on. Gotta do it for the YouTubes. Yeah, I might go for like a little nap here, then I'm gonna have something kind of desserty. All right, I think I just came up with an epic solution, right? I'm gonna eat this Oreo cheesecake I'm gonna melt half of this thing and put it on top of that, so it'll be absolutely delicious and it'll get the Silver Queen into me. So right, let's see, let's see how this goes. I saw like a video on Facebook that like melted chocolate so easily and it looked delicious, so let's hope this goes the same way. Right, here's the bowl. That's the piece I tried to eat earlier. I'm going to save that for later. Maybe I'll like melt it on some ice cream or something. Right, so there we go. I'm going to put this in the microwave, keep stirring it, heating it up, and then put it on top of this Oreo cheesecake. Yeah, that is gonna work.
Oh, okay.
Yeah. Oh, okay. I'm also gonna have a little bit of Ben Jerry's with this. Uh, I'm just gonna have a small bit. I'm gonna open it and come back to it later. So this is Cookie Dough Switch Up.
Perfect.
Okay, this is a complete monstrosity. It's an entire Oreo cheesecake, half a Silver Queen bar, and then a little bit of Ben Jerry's ice cream that I'm gonna finish off later. The starting time: 1:54 AM. I'm gonna take my time with this. I'm not gonna rush. I'm just gonna try and enjoy this. Let's go. Okay, I've just had a few bites and this is absolutely delicious. I think I can manage this. Okay, this all of a sudden just got really hard. Um, I'm nearly there though. There's like, there's like 3 or 4 bites left. Okay, all right, that was the hardest. Oh God, that started off well, but no, did not finish well. That was— took the longest. Finishing time, 2:05. I'm definitely gonna put the brakes on and take like a good 5-hour rest, no heating. I got this, I got this. Okay, I've awoken. I'm feeling like a new man. I've got a new burst of energy, feeling good. But it is getting on now. It is coming up to 5:30, or half five as I would say. It was a really nice day today actually, but, uh, unfortunately I spent the day doing a 20,000 calorie challenge. That's the thing with these challenges, they like take up your entire day. Like, I cleared my schedule for this. You pick up the pace. Let's do it. Okay, so next meal, I'm gonna finish off this Ben Jerry's, and I'm having a Sweetfellas pizza. In my 10,000 calorie challenge, I'd like the chocolate version of this, and it's pretty good. So I'm gonna combine the two of them, and I think this will knock out like at least 2,000 calories. I'm feeling good. After I do this, I'm on like the final sprint. Time is 5:46. Okay, so that is the pizza done. 5:53. So I'm just going to take a minute and then we're going to get cracking on this silver Ben Jerry's. Just gone 6 o'clock, that's half sharp. Let's call Ben Jerry's.
6:05.
All right, people, it's time to end this once and for all. I'm calling the cavalry. Hi there, um, Apache Pizza?
Yeah?
Can I order?
Yeah, sure. Telephone number, please?
Yes, it is—
What would you like to order?
Okay, can I get a 14-inch Wave Whammer with stuffed crust.
Okay, anything else you like?
Yeah, can I get the Apache Pizza cookie? Cookie dough?
Yeah, Apache cookie dough.
Yes, yeah, some chocolate chip cookie dough. Sure, yes.
Okay, one cookie dough, one large pizza, and that delivery will be there in 45 minutes.
Okay, brilliant, thank you very much.
Thank you very much for calling us.
Have a nice evening.
You too, you too. Thank you.
Now we play the waiting game. All right, so here are the reinforcements. I'm gonna turn on a light. I can't believe It's still going on, but I actually can't believe I'm at the end. This is all we have left and we're done, okay? It actually seems much easier when you just lay it out all in front of you, just mentally easier, okay? So we've got this fucking brick of chocolate here. That was a bad choice, but anyways, we've got that, one more pint of Ben Jerry's, some cookie dough from Apache Pizza, and then the goddamn pizza itself and the garlic dip. We're on the final stretch. Let's go. History in the making. Not even 8 PM. It's a big guy. Starting time, 7:54. Oh God, okay, last piece of crust.
Oh, oh.
Okay, that was definitely the longest I've ever taken to eat a meal. 8 minutes 13. According to the rules, I have until midnight to finish, so that's like, what, it's like 4 hours away. So I need to stop rushing. I need to just Take it easy. It all ends now. This, this is it. This is the last thing we have to eat. I want to give a big shout out to my Twitter fam for helping me get to the end of this, but tub of Ben Jerry's, Apache Cookie Dough, and the fucking second half of this Silver Queen thing. Melting this, heating up that, consuming this, putting this in a bowl. Let's finish this strong, my LF family. So this is what's about to go down. We've got the cookie in there, we're gonna put the ice cream on top of that, and then pour the melted chocolate on top of everything. Oh God. Okay, that is a big chocolatey mess. Okay, that is it. Let's do this. This is the end. 10:54. We should definitely have this done before midnight. Last bite. Oh my God, this is actually bad. Dabbin'! Challenge complete. 11:05. That is the challenge complete. Let's go over things now. 20,185 calories. 3 Oreo donuts, 3 strawberry donuts, cinnamon swirl, maple and pecan, chocolate twist, the maple syrup, the Oreo cheesecake, the 16 onion rings, the large fries, barbecue sauce, double steakhouse burger, 14-inch pizza, cookie Ben Jerry's So Far So Good— who the hell writes that shit— the biggest chunkiest Silver Queen, that massive bar cookie dough switch-up Ben Jerry's, and the dessert pizza. There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Oh, so there you have it, everyone. 20,000 calorie challenge. Told you I could do it. Remember, be sure to like the video, share it around, leave a comment.
