The day is finally upon us. 8 years ago, I created the most viewed, most viral video on this channel, bar none. The 20,000 calorie challenge. That day still lives in my head rent-free. It begs the question, do I still have what it takes? Can I still complete the challenge? Am I still the man I used to be? Am I still that guy? Well, today we're gonna find out. So get ready, sit back, relax for a good old classic calorie challenge. Before we get into it, if you're new here, you like lifting and eating in general good vibes, be sure to hit that subscribe button. We are so close to 500K. If we reach 500K, I promise I will do the 30,000 calorie challenge. Let's get into it. Meal 1, I'm excited. Let's go. Meal 1 is gonna be the most epic stack of pancakes you've ever seen in your entire life. So since we've last spoke, I say since we last spoke as if it's been 8 years. It kind of has been 8 years because there's 2 Robs. There is normal Rob and calorie challenge Rob. And today you're with calorie challenge Rob. Since we last spoke, I started a protein pancake company. Usually these are very healthy, high protein, no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, gluten-free, all that good stuff. But today we're gonna absolutely desecrate them. We are gonna make an extremely high calorie version. We're gonna make them with chocolate chips, whole milk. Usually I just use only water. We are going to layer them in Biscoff spread. We are gonna garnish them with a pack of Oreos. A stack of pancakes would not be complete without an entire bottle of maple syrup. Pure Canadian, the good stuff. So let's not waste time, let's put everything in the bowl and make a killer stack. All in. I'm gonna do a few in the mix, a few on top of the mix. Look at that mix, a piece of Oreo in them and all. Let's get cooking. All right, so the key here is have 2 pans on rotation. Oh, these are gonna be thick. Here we are, look at this monstrosity. Oh my God, if you want to get your own fuel cakes as well, fuelcakes.com. I recommend the salted caramel flavor. It's what we're going for today. As you can see, phone is connected to Wi-Fi, and there's the time, the date updates automatically, and that's how we're gonna track today. A lot of people as well, they start their calorie challenges at like 4:00 a.m. I'm not sure about that. It doesn't really sit well with me. You know, I'm just gonna eat as normal and enjoy the day. So, so 9:06 starting time. Let's go. Joe Rogan experience. You imagine you're hanging out with Trump. He's like, you want to see the UFO? Can you keep a secret? Current time, 9:15, and we're pretty much— we've got like a quarter left to go. Light work, fellas, light work. This is going to be 5,000 calories in total to start the day. Finishing time, 19:21. So 5,000 calories in about 15 minutes. I think today is going to be good. I think it's going to be a promising day. The tactic today is going to be 4 5,000 calorie meals, give or take. So it's going good. I think we got this. It was kind of like eating a cake towards the end of it. I won't lie. Mm, yeah, that was, that was a day's eating right there. It's 9:15 now. I'm gonna chill out for a little bit, get a huge gym session in in maybe about an hour when I digest a little bit, and then the next meal probably around 11 or 12. See you then. Let's go, we're back. All right, so I have digested the fuel cakes. Now it is time to hit the gym. I usually rotate between a few different pre-workouts. These are my top 3 favorite ones from Ghost. We got the grapefruit, we got the black sour cherry, and we got the newest one, Electric Limeade. That kind of tastes like Sprite or 7-Up. I think I'm gonna go for the sour black cherry today. It's like my favorite. So let's get a big heap and a scoop of this. Unfortunately, there's no calories in this. And if you want to save 20% off your order, the best protein, creatine, pre-workout, everything, the best supplements in the game. Been using these, been with Ghost since 2018. Got so much love for this brand. So code LIPS for 20% off your entire order. Now let's hit a huge push workout. I'm gonna try and like set like a bench PR today. All right, just about to go into Elements Gym here. Pre-workout is smashed. Time to have a big session. I'm feeling strong, feeling great. Then after that, we're gonna go straight to McDonald's. And so it is, it is super hot out today. That is one of the reasons why, like, I don't particularly like doing these calorie challenges too often, as you want to feel nice and light and lean and sharp in the sun at the beach. But today we're making an exception. So, all right, big session, let's go. Benching 3 plates, eating 20,000 calories, it's just every man's dream day. This is how we're looking after 5,000 calories worth of pancakes and Oreos and syrup. Now we're about to cross over to that 10,000 region. We are going to go straight to McDonald's. It's been about honestly 2 years since I've had a McDonald's. I'm super excited. Let's dig in. Also a beautiful day. It was just the best vlog ever. So now it is time to exit the gym and go to McDonald's. We're getting pretty late in the day. That workout went on for a while. It is exactly 12:24, so let's get a move on. Let's get these calories in. All right, McDonald's, we are on a mission. It's a nice one. Looks like I'm the only one here, so I'm going to like order off the screen just to make sure we get the right amounts, the right goods. All right, so we got a large McExtreme Bacon Double Meal, large fries, Coke Zero of course, a McWrap CBO 9 Chicken McNuggets, 9 Chicken McNuggets, bringing the total to 18. A McCrispy Original, I'm not sure if I even need that, I'm just adding it in in case. And a McFlurry Filipinos White Chocolate. And we are going to round— oh, we're gonna, we're gonna donate the max amount here as well because I'm a good person. That's 42.32. I had a pretty hard workout, so I'm genuinely hungry again for this. So let's get home, get on a good podcast, and get in the zone. All right, back at HQ. This one I'm pumped for, right? €42. Surely that's a business expense. So here's the receipt, just so you guys can see the time, the date, and everything, so you know there's no trickery going on. Let's lay it all out. Okay, we got a McExtreme. Like, I just, I just had to order it because of the name. McWrap, that was actually very, very high in calories. A McCrispy, apparently— apparently in Spain this is 730 calories on the official website. I don't know if we even need that because I've got a plan and I think I'm, I think I'm going over the plan, to be honest. McFlurry Filipino, that's a bit of a Spanish delicacy there. A large Coke Zero, you can't have the full sugar Cokes and drinks, it's just too easy. Then in here we got the large fries, 9 chicken McNuggets, 18 chicken McNuggets, and the most important part, lots, lots and lots of dips. Okay, let's get, let's get set up, let's get set up. Starting time, 1:15. Let's do this. That's a full pack of chicken nuggets gone in literally 2 minutes. I'm on form. Burger gone. 122. We are flying this. We are killing this. The key is to go sweet, savory, sweet, savory. This is— I'm in heaven right here. All right. 1:30 and we just have the McWrap. I think this is actually higher calorie than some of the burgers is crazy. So let's undo this here. All right, let's finish this off. Finishing it up. Finishing time, 1:33. That was enjoyable. I have to say, I really enjoyed that. That was a trip down memory lane. That was nice. I think today I'm more of a savory guy. I'm enjoying it. Great gym session too. Feeling confident after that. Now I'm going to go for a walk, maybe try a bit of a run. I've actually got a half marathon in LA next week, so I need to train for that a bit more. So that brings our daily total right up around the 10K mark. We're halfway there. It's 1:30. We're all good. We got this, guys. I still got it. My wife is currently 7 months pregnant. And it looks like I am too. Nearly forgot, we got a McFlurry to eat as well. I just need to move, I need to jump in the pool. You're fitting with the McDonald's theme. I look like I'm wearing McDonald's fries for my shorts. Okay, it's kind of nice at least. Refreshing. We got dessert. McFlurry, couldn't forget that. Let's do a little taste test. Mm, that's amazing. I'm gonna eat this outside and just like proper enjoy myself. All right, starting time 2:28. So that's the end of that. So, 2:32, that is McDonald's done for the day. So yeah, we're up to the 10K mark. I'm gonna chill by the pool, might even hit a home workout, but either way, I'm having a good time today. The pain is yet to begin. Okay, I'm just about to go out on a much-needed run, run/walk. I'm quite full, so it'll just be, it'll be a brisk walk at best, to be honest. By the way, everything that I'm wearing in this vlog is all from Alphalete, and it's quite cool. In the original 20,000 calorie challenge, I'm also wearing Alphalete. So the fact that I've been repping Alphalete for 8 years is a sign how much I genuinely love this brand. And as always, code Lipsett will get you 10% off everything. They currently have a really good clearance sale on in some of the last chance items. I'd recommend going to check that out. So this is my little, my little running outfit, running walking outfit. So I've So let's get it done and then I think pizza is on the menu. I just need to, I just need to move for a little bit. It's also a beautiful day, so let's get after it. A little walk and run going. Wow, this is exactly what I needed. To help me digest a little bit. Nearly home now, and then it's pizza time. I think me and Linda are going to hit up a Domino's. We haven't got a Domino's together honestly since we lived in London, like it's crazy. Some team bonding. Let's pick up the pace and get home and eat. It's time! Linda wants to get involved in the calorie challenge. I'm gonna get a pizza, but you get your own pizza. Yes, that's gonna be 3 large pizzas coming up. That walk-run, walk-run saved me. Like, I'm ready to go. I'm sweating. I've got a new lease of life. There's only like 2 Domino's in Marbella, so we haven't had one in a long time. It's like 200 in Dublin. Next on the hit list is a long overdue Domino's. I think I know what I'm gonna get. I've planned it out. They're extremely high calorie, but we're gonna go in and have a little look. My choice could change, but 3 large pizzas coming up. 2 for me, 1 for Linda. Let's go. Oh my God. Look at that, the smell. If there's one thing about Domino's, it does have a distinct smell. So what flavors did you go for? A big buffalo chicken, that was the highest calorie one on the menu, and then a classic pepperoni. This with the dips comes to, I think, almost 6,000 calories. So this is gonna like, this is gonna do a lot, you know. After this, we're nearly there. All right boys and girls, we are on to the pizza section in this challenge. I'm actually pretty excited for this, a nice change-up. We have 6,000 calories here between the dips, the large pepperoni, and the buffalo chicken. And then Linda got the Hawaiian pepperoni over here, but I'm just gonna eat these two. And altogether— no way— altogether there's over 300 grams of fat here. That is like a week's fat intake. That is absolutely crazy. That is eye-opening. Some people who get a Domino's every weekend— I know Manny— that is wild. It's like impossible to get results. But today we're going all out, we're having some fun, and I can't wait. So I think I'm gonna— I'm gonna start with this, but I'll probably mix and match. The key to eating more is to like switch things up. So here's my little Coke Zero. Let's get into this. All right. Oh my God, this, this is a great thumbnail right here. I'll get the thumbnail. Starting time, 5:46. Let's go. Let's do a little taste. These first Domino's in, in years. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. Oh my. All right, 6:01 and one pizza down, still half of each to go. But we can do this. We can do this. I'm actually gonna transfer this over here. You're doing great. Linda's so proud of me. Thank you. All right, let's go. Let's go. Let's finish. Let's finish the Domino's part of this. Whoa. Okay, hitting the wall a little bit. Usually around the 16,000 calorie mark, that's when I hit the wall. But we got this. We've done it before. We can do it again. Alright, it's like 6:12. I think it's about 27, 28 minutes in. 4 slices left, so we're gonna do it. Half an hour for 2 extremely large pizzas, 6,000 calories. It's pretty good. You know, I'm starting to be humbled a little bit. But it is called a challenge for a reason. All right, last, last bite. All right, 6:25, so just under 40 minutes. 2 large pizzas. That was the biggest meal by far today. All right, so we are on around 16,000 calories. So I got like kind of some dessert stuff planned for the rest. So we got 6 hours to eat 4,000 calories. I think we're gonna make it, but that was touch and go right there. If you guys are enjoying this video, please leave it a thumbs up. That's all I ask. I'm here for your entertainment to smash back meals so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy. So So just please give the video a thumbs up. All right, I need to lie on the couch for a little bit. All right guys, so this is the home gym. I've actually been doing some sneaky reps in between meals just to keep the body moving, but this is it. So nice during summer. I'm gonna do some pull-ups. These are pretty much gonna be weighted pull-ups because I just weighed myself there and I'm 10 pounds up from my morning weight. All vascularity has just, has just disappeared. All right, that's enough for me. I think it's time to go eat some cookies. I've never been more excited to go back to sweet Now, like, after breakfast I thought I was done. Then after that pizza, I just feel salty. I feel like there's salt on my skin. Bringing in the Häagen-Dazs, 1,100 in this. And then we got the Super Value, little taste of Ireland here. We got the Super Value Belgium white chocolate chunk cookies. So there's 1,000 calories in this. Let's see, let's have a little look. We got a few smashed up. I might try make a little, little cookie sandwich out of these, and the rest I'll just like sprinkle on top of the Häagen-Dazs. But either way, cookies and ice cream, 2,000 calories, and then we're on 18,000, and it is quarter past 8. So I'm getting my motivation back, and we're nearly there. But I am like, I'm feel— I feel very tired. That looks, that looks phenomenal. All right, starting time 8:23. Let's go. Let's do the first bite together though. Oh wow. Mm. Mm. All right. Oh wow, that's amazing. We're back to enjoyable now. Let's go. Finishing time for that, 8:34. That brings us up to 18,000 calories. So we're on the final meal. We're going to do this. I think I did better this time. Oh my God, I just realized I did it in like pretty much 12 hours. I think I did it better this time than the original. So my appetite has grown over the last 8 years. Take a little break for an hour and then we got a final sweet treat. I'm actually not switching back to savory for this. I'm just going to finish with a sweet treat and then we got it, people. It is dark out. Let's finish this up. I'm actually gonna have some digestive enzymes. Surely that will help. Surely. It's time for the secret weapon, cheesecake. There's nothing more dense than cheesecake. I'm about to take down half a kilo of cheesecake and also some Dubai chocolate. Very on trend. Pistachio is very much in right now. This thing is also extremely dense. 1,250 calories in this. 300 calories, this is pretty small. It's not that big. I actually wish I saved some of the Häagen-Dazs for this, but nevertheless, let's, let's see what we got going for us here. Get a podcast going as well. Shout out to Joe Rogan and Theo Von for just helping me through today. Also, milk will go nice and of this. I'm actually— I've actually probably— when I have this, I've probably had over, well over 20,000 calories. I haven't even been tracking this. 9:51. I want to actually like get to bed tonight. Like, I want to finish this soon. So it's pretty much— it's pretty much a 12-hour challenge. Like, if we get to 500K subs, I can probably do the 30K. Like, I would just need to actually wake up a little bit earlier and probably eat till midnight. But I could do it. First, let's test this thing. It's actually my first time having the Dubai chocolate thing. Mm, that's very good. Mm, very rich, very rich. Last bite of the whole day. Oh my God, I'm done. I'm done. Time to recap. Finish the video. I call it a day. 10 out of 3 finish. I am tired. I'm truly in a food coma right now. I feel my head has like doubled in size. No, that is— my belly is insane. What the hell? All right, people, we have done it. Time to recap the day. I'm glad I didn't let you guys down. I still got it. All right, so today we ate an entire sachet of salted caramel fuel cakes, a full bag of Dr. Oetker chocolate chips, a full bottle of pure Canadian maple syrup, full packet of Oreos, 500 milliliters of whole milk— actually more because I was drinking it throughout the day— 350 grams of Biscoff spread. Then post-workout, we had a McFlurry, large fries, double grand McExtreme bacon burger, 18 chicken McNuggets, a CBO Mc wrap, a McCrispy burger. For dinner, we had 2 extremely large Domino's pizza and many, many garlic dips and barbecue dips. Then a pint of Häagen-Dazs salted caramel, a box of all-butter white chocolate chunk cookies, a New York baked cheesecake, Dubai milk chocolate, a full bar. And that comes to a whopping 20 137 calories. Highs and lows: the McDonald's went down surprisingly easily. The low point was definitely the Domino's pizza. There was a stage where I thought, I, I can't do this, I'm gonna have to throw in the towel, but we persevered. Wrap things up. Look, I hope you enjoyed today. I hope you got a good laugh from the video. Usual programming will return after this, but on a serious note, I watched back the original 20,000 calorie challenge video yesterday, and it's so crazy to see the growth. Just so crazy to look back in those videos. And it's wild to me because I've pretty much grown up on YouTube. So I just want to give a heartfelt thank you to you guys for always supporting the vids, always watching the vids. It honestly means the world to me. So I just want to say thank you so much. Here's to many, many more, and see you in 8 years for another 20,000 calorie challenge. Maybe sooner when we hit 500K. But look guys, I'm gonna call it a night here. Thank you so, so much. I'll see you in the next one. Keep it real. I'm out of here. Peace.
