3 things that you need to prioritize to get in your best shape possible. All right, so number 1 is obviously nutrition, but to go a little step further, I think everyone can do with tracking their nutrition for a period of time. You don't have to do it forever, but if you don't do it at some stage, how long is a piece of string? Like, how do you know how much 30 grams of protein is, 50 grams of carbs, if you've never tracked it in your life? The second thing is prioritize lifting heavy weights. Not that high rep to burn fat bullshit. You got that muscle from lifting heavy. Now in order to maintain it on your cut, you need to keep lifting heavy. Number 3, I like to prioritize a high step count. Not only is this good for mental health and relaxing, but this is gonna burn some calories effortlessly. This is gonna add to your NEAT, and it's just a much easier way of kind of racking up that calorie burn throughout the course of the week instead of doing these grueling HIIT sessions that you absolutely hate. So there are 3 things that I prioritize for getting absolutely shredded, is nutrition, particular tracking, lifting heavy, and walking.
