What's going on, team? We are in Miami. I have not had any caffeine this morning. I'm just in a great mood, but we just got a big shipment of Ghost straight to the hotel. I'm super excited for this, but we're going to caffeinate, as I'm sure there's going to be some products in here. But oh my God, okay, right, let's dig in, let's dig in. I'm excited, bro. Melatonin. Linda's hooked on melatonin. Okay, we got the new Sun product. Oh my God, we got Burn. That's like my favorite pre-workout. Protein intake, so Sorted. What a nice package because like they knew I was traveling. Oh my God. Glow for your skin. Oh my God. Yeah, that's another thing I can't get in Europe. And then the Sonic Ocean Water hydration sticks. That flavor is so good. Then we got some Ghost hydration as well. America, Europe, or anything. Code: Rob Lipsett. Best products in the game. What the hell? All right, that's a great start today. I'm going to have one of these now and then get after it. So let's see what we get up to today. Miami vlog incoming. I just got back to the room and we have a huge package from Alphalete for the upcoming launch. I was banking on this arriving because I packed very little so I can fit this in my suitcase coming home. So like, I literally just had like swim shorts. So we got hoodies, we got loads of like compression gear, workout gear, some casual tees as well. Okay, so this is the Agility Hoodie. I've been actually super excited for this. That material, super stretchy. I think that looks Pretty sick. I'm going to be running 5Ks in this around Marbella in the colder months. Oh my God, that is so fresh. You see the delts popping through the hoodie. We are ready to go attack the day. We are in our workout gear. So this is the Power Tank and Strike Shorts. This is the most recent Alphalete launch. I love the kind of more like athletic launches. Like this launch is a right bit of me. Like this is— I work out in this, I'm I'm going to meetings like this, I record like this, I love this. All black. So we're going to leave the room now, go about our day. We're going to go for a big cycle, big bike ride. This is just what we love to do in Miami. Seek out some coffee, some nice food, and just have a good day in Miami. So every day we go down to the pool and we pick up these bikes. Uh, you're scanning a code, you pick them up. We're staying in the Fenton Blue as well, which is an amazing hotel. I've been to Club Liv a few times, this is my first time actually staying in the hotel. So we're going to get on our bikes and we're going to do a lovely trip down all the way to South Beach. So quite a long cycle, maybe like 20 minutes. We're going to stop for some coffee and we're going to have a beautiful day. Let's hit the road. All right boys, so we got our favorite breakfast ever. We got the pint of Guinness, also known as Nitro Cold Brew. Let me take a little sip of that creamy stuff right there. Ridiculous. And then of course the turkey bacon egg white sandwich. So, so good. It's like 200 and something calories 17 grams of protein. This is our favorite Starbucks to go to as well. We got the views of South Beach, so we love just chilling here and people watching. It's a good time. All right guys, so we're coffeed up, got some food in our system, and now there's two gyms on South Beach that I just love to train at every day. Now I don't think you're gonna have like the best sessions in these. It's humid, you're outside, you're in the sand compared to like, you know, a proper warehouse gym for example. But we're on our honeymoon, we're just ticking the boxes, we're staying active. You go away for a week and you just like do some bodyweight movements, some outdoor workouts in the sun, you're not going any muscle. You're keeping things activated. So that's what we're doing here today. This gym is pretty sick, proper outdoor gym with weights, and you can't run away with the weights, so pretty creative. We're gonna go in here now, just do a little circuit of machines, and then go back to cycling. We are meeting one of his friends. She's doing a little shoot for a product that she is dropping soon, but this is an insane We've seen pictures of it. We're about to go in here now. Get the full Miami experience here, and then we're going for dinner afterwards. What the hell? We're going up high. Even the elevator buttons are fancy. Hey! Oh my God, this is insane! Carly giving us the grand tour here, guys. Look at this view! Oh, oh my God, this is insane! We got an ice bath here. I think this puts mine to shame a little bit. The views are a little bit better. What the hell? After the insane apartment tour, we made our way to Coyote Taqueria, which is a place on South Beach. And oh my God, we were absolutely blown away. It's rated like 4.9 on Google Maps. Went in there and we were not disappointed. We got some nachos, a big plate of smoking meat, and we just really enjoyed our evening. We also weren't staying too far away, so then we just went back to Fenton Blue and chilled out for the evening. Well, back in the hotel room, 8:30. We have been going to bed so early, it's like 5 hours ahead in Marbella. Do you ever go somewhere and it like fixes your sleeping pattern? Like, people complain about jet lag. Jet lag is like giving me the best sleeping pattern ever. We like fall asleep at 9 o'clock here. It's fantastic. Up early. Tomorrow's our last full day in Miami, so we're going to Texas. So let's do a few little Miami questions that people have been asking in the DMs. Number one thing— what? Linda? Just— Linda is here, by the way. I, I didn't go home on my own. Would we move to Miami is the top question. 100%, in a heartbeat. We are actually talking about renting the villa out. Actually, someone just offered to rent the villa for all of June. If we just rented the villa out for all of summer and just came here— sometimes I, I think I spend a little bit too much time in Marbella. Like, I'm just— have my routine, I have the villa, like, I love it so much that I never leave. And I'm like, I used to travel so much more, maybe I should go back to doing that, get out of my comfort zone a little bit. But I think I'd meet so many cool people in Miami and just like We have loved our day-to-day life here. It's been amazing. So 100% move to Miami. I used to want to move and live in LA. That was like my goal, and I had an O-1 visa. I was approved and everything, and then COVID came in and all travel was shut down, and I kind of just like, you know, I was like, I don't really want to go anymore. Like, if I ever want to go to America, I can just go for 90 days. You know, you just have an ESTA visa instead of like an O-1 visa, which is a 2-year thing. But I could get that again if I wanted, but I think if I want my America hit, I can just, I can just do 90 place. So yes, we would definitely go live in America, and we would choose Miami. The only other place I would choose would be Texas, but that's just solely because all my friends live there. It's pretty easy for me to go there and just know people. But I think if I was to choose anywhere, it would be Miami. American way of life versus European life. European life is definitely like just way slower, less convenient. The best way to describe it is America is just extra large. So for example, we are flying to Houston next. That's a 3-hour flight. That is the exact same of flying from Dublin to Marbella. Like, it's crazy. Like, every state is essentially a country, so it just feels like super big for us. That's really the only difference. Like, some people say like that, you know, European is just a more relaxed way of life. You know, you can live a relaxed life wherever you want. Like, we've been, we've been living the beach life here and it's been amazing. So I think that's the only big difference, is just America's just extra large serving sizes as well. Where did we stay? So we stayed in the Fontainebleau Blue, Fenton Blue, Fenton Blue, spelled funny, spelled all classy like. Been here a good few times, but this is my first time actually staying in the hotel. 10 out of 10, completely recommend. Like, just really has everything. Like, if you don't want to leave, you actually don't have to. It's just above South Beach, it's in Mid Beach. I get like what some people say, like South Beach can be a little bit like touristy, a little bit spring break, I know how you call it. Um, and Mid Beach is just a little bit classier, so that's where Fenton Blue is. Couldn't recommend it enough, super nice, would definitely stay here again. Gym is insane here too. Recommend things to do. So like, I could be a big like, oh, go to the Art District and all this. We just love a similar life from Marbella. We love just walking down the strip, like walking to Mid Beach to South Beach, walking along the beach, trying out new restaurants, hitting the outdoor gyms. Definitely get some bikes. That is like, it's the best way because it's just a straight flat road and just cycle up the coast, burn some calories, get a tan, release endorphins, be happy. That's it. That's the best thing to do, you know. So I like just sticking around the beach, the coastal areas, and just like enjoying the day-to-day life and just like staying active. That's the best thing to do. Same in Marbella, exact same in Marbella. That's how you'd be happy in life. Like, that's literally how you'd be happy. You just get outside, you work out, you exercise, you eat nice food, and you go for swimming in the sea. That is literally the key to happiness. If you take anything from this video, just, just try do that. Best restaurants in particular, tacos. Okay, so best tacos, there's one, it's like right in the middle of South Beach, it's called Taco Taco. Great all-rounder, we've been there multiple times. The place we went to tonight, Coyote Taqueria, that's so far I would give that my number one. Would you give that your number one? Yeah, that would be Number 1, that was okay. No, that's number 1. Yeah, okay, so there's this place, it's like, it's not on the beach, it's a little bit more inland, but it's still in like the South Beach area. It's called La Bodega and it has a secret bar in it, like you pull open a fridge and it brings you into like a nightclub. Insane. Like, the food is so good. That's the best Mexican food, the best burrito we had. And then another one is called Abuela's Tacos, which abuela is Spanish for granny. We've like, we've— our neighbors, they have kids and they're always shouting abuela, so they're always shouting at grannies. That's why I know what that means. Abuela means granny. So Granny Sacco's, unbelievable. And then the other restaurants we went to, a place called Elia on the river, that's Italian, best Italian we had out here. Villa Azur, again, that's on South Beach, that was 10 out of 10. Really kind of like cool date spot, like dark and it's really cool. I had tablecloths, just really nice vibe. And then there was one more I went to. And then some other kind of high-end places like Zuma, Bao Li, like they've just opened a place in Dubai. I think that's all. It's almost pointless recommending them because like obviously they're good. But yeah, so they're some kind of— some less known spots that are amazing as well. Best gyms, big question. Okay, so first of all, the gyms in like all the apartment complexes tend to be quite good. Like the one here in the Fan Blue is like proper gym. Other good ones that we went to: Equinox on our last trip here, we trained there every day. Gymage, again, that's in South Beach, really good. I think they have one in Madrid too as well, randomly. Muscle Beach, of course. I just love working out in the sun, then grabbing an outdoor shower afterwards, going to the beach afterwards. That's just like, for me, that is an antidepressant. That is just the best feeling in the world ever. I don't care if you're not having the most optimal session, just feels so good. So Muscle Beach here in Miami is amazing. And then some other kind of well-known ones are Elevation Gym, Anatomy Gym, and then another random one I went to in like 2019, a little bit out of the way but really badass. It's like black and yellow. It's called Iron Temple. Super good. In general, Miami has like a lot of bodybuilding-focused gyms, so you'll always find one. They're everywhere. Wrapping things up here. I hope you enjoyed this little Miami day in the life. The next vlog you're going to see is in Texas. So I have not been to Half Land in quite some time. Usually I go like a few times a year, so I'm really excited. We're probably gonna do like probably just one or two sessions. We're not in Texas for too long at Half Land, and then we have Max and Taylor's wedding as well. So very excited. See you guys in the next one. Keep it real. Later. Peace.
