All right guys, so today is Sunday. I vlogged yesterday and I'm gonna go home and upload now in a little bit, but I just went for like the nicest walk ever just in Dublin Port. So I want to start this vlog off on a nice note. Look how beautiful that is. So back Relax, give the video a thumbs up, and enjoy Saturday's vlog. Yo, what's going on everyone? So I decided to vlog today. Today's Saturday, it's a beautiful day, but I am for once vlogging with the Olympus camera. I always just take photos with this, and like I've been told, it's actually really good for vlogging. Really good for recording. So tell me, how does this look right now? Either way, I'm gonna give it a go. Might switch over to G7X, but anyways, I just woke up this morning, so let's go batter day. Another happy customer. You look savage, mate. Alright, okay, so pre-workout time. I actually like hate showing the supplements I take because people are like, oh, that's all it takes, just take, you know, some powders and pills and doesn't matter about training nutrition. It's literally like the opposite. So anyways, I'm going for some creatine monohydrate. Citrine Malay. This new stuff I've never tried before, Nitro Extreme. It's actually quite good. I've taken it like 2 times now. And then I'm just going to flavor that with a vid hit. And that is going to be pre-workout. So it's time to go hit the road. I'm recording my own workout today. I got like the world's smallest tripod here. Look at that, isn't that adorable? Let's go. Alright, so just about to go into Raw Gym now, and you're probably like, how the hell am I, you know, vlogging so close to this camera now? Well, basically I have changed the lens. You probably noticed that it was really zoomed in when I was talking in the mirror, and that's because this lens is the one I use for kind of photos on Instagram to give me that blurry background. Even when you're recording, it gives you a blurry background, so I'm not sure which lens I'm gonna use for this workout. I think I'm gonna try position the camera far away or even just get someone in the gym to record for me. I always meet a subscriber in Raw, so, you know, hopefully they'll be happy to help out. But either way, let's get this workout done. Oh, and by the way, like, if you're wondering if I'm into cameras, my camera knowledge is weak, but I am so interested in them. Like, if you were to give me the choice between a 30 grand camera setup or a 30 grand car, like, I would choose the camera setup any day. One will make you money, the other won't necessarily, but if you can You can get both, get both. But anyways, so if anyone ever wants to like, you know, talk cameras with me or anything, or offer me some advice on camera equipment, that would really take my channel to the next level. I'm always interested to hear you out. Alright, sweet. So I just noticed that I've got very, very little battery left, so a bit of a killer, but look, we'll get through it nonetheless. We're gonna warm up a little bit here. I'm actually using this kind of slingshot thing in the corner. I forget what it's called, I think it's a hip circle, but Silent Mike sent it out to me and I noticed it actually makes a big difference. So we're going to warm up, then hit some squats. I'll go through my workout quickly just in case we run out of batteries. So it's going to be squats, straight leg deadlift, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, then calves and abs to finish off. Let's get it done. Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh my God! Oh oh! Alright, so epic leg workout. I got through it really easily, did very high volume, and I'm feeling good. Good contraction on everything, and yeah, I'm happy with how it went. Energy levels are great. So before this runs out of battery, we're gonna head home, get something to eat, and we're gonna crack on with the rest of the day. The next meal I'm gonna have is just a little snack, kind of from Nutri-Quick. It's like barbecue beef, green beans, and I think that's chopped carrot there. Could be sweet potato. Alright, so I'm taking a break from my desk. I've been working on this project that I'm trying to have done very soon, and honestly, I like doing it. But it's very kind of tough on the brain cells. You guys also been asking me what jeans have I been wearing recently, and I posted on Instagram of me wearing them recently, and they are Legend London. I'm gonna be working with this brand a little bit, so I'm gonna be wearing a lot of these, and I'm gonna link them down below in the description box and put the picture of me wearing them up on the screen. Be sure to check them out, I can vouch for their fit and quality. Sarah was over at her mom's house, she goes there usually on the weekend, so I miss her a lot. Rob is a Grinch and won't let us get a tree, so this is what I've made instead. Pretty good. Yeah, I just couldn't be arsed with a Christmas tree. I'm really not a Christmas person. I'm sorry to all you Christmas people out there. I am a summer person. I like beach, sand, warm, swimming, etc. So excuse me. End of the day, I've still a few carbs to hit. So I made sweet potatoes and then I melted some cheese on top of that as well. I'm going to finish the vlog here and now I know I'm not uploading that much during December. It's just like, as I said, I'm not a big kind of winter person. I'm just using this as a bit of a kind of a break from social media or from YouTube more so because January I'm gonna blow the doors off it. Like, I am literally gonna do some stuff that I've never done before and I'm just really excited. So I'm just gonna get mentally prepared prepared and getting everything set up. It'll all make sense in a few weeks. So thank you so much for your support. Thank you for following along. I cannot wait to bring you some epic stuff. Keep it real. I'm out of here. Peace.
