What is going on everyone? So it's been like 3-4 days since I've made a video just because, to be honest, after BodyPower I was so tired. I think I slept for like 16 hours and, you know, I've just been pretty wrecked this week. I haven't been training much and been pretty busy too, so really sorry on the lack of videos. But, you know, with that camera today, I'm just like, you know what, I'm gonna do something. So it is It's half 12 now. This morning I had breakfast. I had an omelette. And also a good trick when you're cooking your omelette, I just found this out today, is put it in the oven so it cooks on top. I'm gonna show that here. And then I had to drop off loads of LF gear, and then I had to go into town and collect some new packaging, just some nicer packaging, because this is the stuff I usually use, and you know, it's just, it's not very pretty. So, and also one thing I want to show you is my new new office. Because basically, you know, things are starting to pick up, they're getting a bit serious, and I can't keep doing emails and plans and, you know, everything in the kitchen because there's just too many distractions. So I basically, you know, said to the family, I was like, look, no one uses that living room, I should probably turn it into my office. And they were like, yeah, absolutely, we agree. Well, even though like hardly any of my family live at home. But anyway, so let me show you it. So here we go anyways. This is my desk, really good, and it is surrounded by windows. So like, you know, I like to work in a bright kind of atmosphere or I just get a bit sleepy. I always actually crack open the window as well, to be honest, let some air in. Bought this printer yesterday for printing out addresses and stuff like that. I actually got some label paper as well so I can just slap it on. And then yeah, I tested out the printer yesterday. This was the first picture that came up. So yeah, Motivation Monday hashtag. So that is my desk. I'll show you the rest of the room anyways. This— now this actually is more important than it looks. This kind of piece of wood is where I do all the kind of packaging and stuff like that. Over here we got some of the LF t-shirts which are going live tonight. These turned out Really well. Black and white. Small, medium, large. And they're just like, you know, a nice logo. They don't say Lipsett on it anywhere. They just, you know, I wanted to make something that just looks good. You know, I'd wear that on a night out. Take it or leave it. And then here's some stringers. These are nearly all gone. No more large black sold out. There's one small left and there's like 5 medium. There's no large, I don't think so, eh? Medium, small, yeah, I don't think there's any more large in wide either, so yeah, get 'em while you can. And then here is some teacups in case I wanna have a tea party, and here's just some stuff I need to throw in the recycling bin. Big, big couch for naps. This couch is honestly unbelievable, so good for power naps. And a TV that I rarely watch. I can't remember the last time I've watched TV. So anyways, okay, as I was saying, it's about half 12. I'm about to go hit the gym, and I'll also do a bit of full day of eating, kind of. But anyways, on with the day. Alright, so ready to go hit the gym. I've got my Machine Fitness bra on and my aminos ready to go, my pre-workout's in me. And I actually, I only kind of moved into this office like 2 days ago and I've just set my little tripod up there and the lighting is actually brilliant. And it's my laptop here. So I can definitely do, I think this would be great for a Q&A. You know, I could read the questions off here and bash them out. So yeah, fun times. But anyways, alright, I'll try get some footage in. I'll record a few sets and yeah, I'll see you in raw gym. Off to training now and these are out of battery. I'm just so bad at remembering to charge these, but I do still really like them. Jaybird Sports, by the way. Alright, what is up everyone? So gonna do a little documentary, little commentary over this workout. Kinda just chat and tell you what's been going on. Well, right now I'm in a bit of a heap. I think I look like shit. As I was saying, the week after BodyPower, I was just so tired. You know, my eating was shite, my training sucked. I had lots of stuff to catch up on, which kind of gave me some added stress, and I was just feeling like I hit a bit of a slump. But this channel wouldn't be keeping it real, so to say, if it didn't include the times when I was having a bad run of training and eating. It wouldn't be honest if I only included the good times. But this was Monday, and I'm feeling this is gonna be a good week. I got all the laziness out of my system, and I'm ready to go back to kicking some ass. I often find sometimes you need a bad week to just make you get back in things and realize, look, I'm not giving a good effort here, and I need to get back on track. Anyways, just started off with some incline DB press. Before anyone says I should arch my back less here, you don't need a massive incline to hit your upper pecs. Just a slight incline will do, and I'm getting a really good stretch here. The dumbbells are nearly touching my chest, so yeah, um, feels great. So today's a push day, so I moved on some shoulder press afterwards. And now people always ask why I sit on this backwards. I find when you're sitting back properly on the chair, you're almost pushing forward and up instead of just straight up. So when I sit like this, I can feel this so much more in my medial delts rather than in my front delts. After this, I did some more compounds which I did not show, and then moved on to some isolation work. And also, I just want to apologize for the mediocre upload. I know it's not my best, especially compared to my BodyPower uploads, but I needed to upload something, and every day can't be amazing. So, uh, this was just my push workout on Monday. I'm gonna get a few uploads this week, and I'm sorry about last week. Anyways, thanks for watching. Alright, so just back from the gym, whipped out a burger for a post-workout lunch, you could say. It is just chicken, ham, mustard, salad, and of course some potatoes. So gonna get through this now and then gonna hit the office and get some work done. Alright, I am gonna do a few plans, few emails, reply to YouTube comments and stuff like that, and I'm also going to hit up Myprotein and give them an email and place a big order. And when that order comes, I'm gonna do an unboxing video to show you what I use. So right, obviously I'm not gonna show you doing all this, it's literally just gonna be me sitting on a laptop. And this is what a lot of my day entails. So, you know, excuse me if I can't, like, you know, come out with a vlog every so often because this is, you know, the not-so-glamorous side of Rob Lipsett's life. But I'm going to do this and then I'm going to head over to Sarah's house. We've got to take those pictures for the t-shirts and then we've got to put them on the website. So that is what's going on today. And I might— I don't know if she's already hit the gym. I might go and train her too. She's a member of Bend On Sandiford. I might be joining there just to train her. So, um, Anyways, I gotta go. I gotta do this. Right, so doing a few emails. Just got this one here. Hey Rob, checking in for this week. Been in Portugal the last 2 days and for the first time on holidays I felt confident in bikini. It was a really great feeling. I kept up the gym while I was away. Even though the gym lacked many free weights, I was able to replicate 90% of them on the machines. Flying back today and really concentrate on my nutrition as that is what I seem to lack most motivation in. I'm really motivated to work out, but it's really different when it comes to eating right. I think I have about 2 or 3 more weeks left on my 12-week program. I would definitely be interested in another 12. I really found everything so beneficial. Thanks for the confidence you've given me. Emails like that just makes my day. That's why I love doing what I do. Like, that just makes me feel great. So just finished up shooting for the new LF gear. My beautiful camera man, lady, Sarah. We actually got some really good shots and we kind of like, we didn't even know how to like take them properly, but we found the function on my camera to make the background all blurry and so that makes it look professional and stuff. So we're gonna go home, we're gonna put the pictures up on the website, you know, put them in stock and then they go live. Then I'm gonna Instagram and Facebook it and See how it goes, so make sure to go buy about 30 of them bitches.
