Okay, long overdue video right here. It's time to help out the females out there who are looking to get in shape, looking to get fit, looking to get aesthetic. But first, we gotta play the intro. Okay, the idea of what a lot of girls think it takes to get in shape is 50 shades of fucking wrong. Women these days are bombarded with constant sueto science in women's magazines or they see some other girl on social media getting paid to advertise some straight-up bullshit. #SpecialDetoxTeas, #BodyWraps, #JuiceCleanses, #CorsetWaistTraining, hashtag— do I really need to go on naming these obvious scams? So what should you do? Let's start with training. Girls tend to go into the gym, get a bit overwhelmed, and go straight to the cardio section. Now, a bit of cardio is fine, is good, but your program should revolve around weight/resistance training. Barbell rows and deadlifts are gonna give you that arch in your back. Dumbbell presses are gonna give you that cleavage. Even throw in some arm work so the pipes look good in that sleeveless dress that you wanna wear to Crystal this weekend. And squats— squats gonna give you ass for days. But seriously, cardio is not going to shape your figure. You may lose a few pounds, but you'll probably end up just looking the same. And for those girls out there who say that you're going to get too big and bulky, most girls couldn't get big and bulky even if they tried. Not only do they not possess enough of the muscle-building hormone that is testosterone, girls don't have the muscle insertions, the muscle bellies, to the point where if they did gain a few pounds of muscle, it wouldn't even be noticeable. Also, think of the amount of guys out there guys busting their ass off in the gym who still can't make any gains. Another thing regarding training is that girls tend to just see a weight that looks heavy and they automatically say, "No, no, I can't lift that," whereas when you go and make them do it, they're well capable of it. And believe me, um, leading up to last summer, most of the time my training partner was a girl. So ladies, you just gotta grow a pair of balls and embrace the weight. Figuratively speaking, of course. Don't actually grow a pair of balls on me. Now let's move on to diet. Again, when you open a women's magazine, it's just pictures of chicks eating yogurt. And then you go onto Instagram and it's pictures of fruit bowls everywhere. Where's the protein at? But really, from my experience, I've noticed that girls tend to not eat enough protein, or they struggle to hit a decent protein intake. So just find a go-to meal that you really enjoy that's high in protein. Maybe a protein smoothie or a chicken salad, I don't know, it's up to you. But it's no mystery that a high protein diet is heavily correlated with fat loss. Protein is satiating, it stops you from getting hungry, and it also has a high thermic effect, meaning your body burns a lot of calories just trying to digest it. Also, if you wanna take the guesswork out of things and get some fast results, you could start tracking your macros. I made a video on how to calculate macros, and I also explained how women should start and calculate their numbers. I'll link that below, but even if you just, you know, tidied up your diet a bit and started trying to get in a bit more protein, you're probably gonna see results anyways. I hope you find things out there and enjoyed this video and found it helpful. And fellas, share this with your girlfriend, your friend that's a girl, or even your side chick. Anyways, I'm outta here. Like, comment, subscribe. Peace.
