What is going on everyone, welcome to today's video. Now the audio messed up a little bit, so I'm going to explain what's going on here. Basically, I am seeing Christian's beautiful face for the first time since he arrived in Ireland, just in time for the event. I'm so happy to see him. Oh, nearly kissed each other. Hey, it's cool, that's what good friends do, right? So there was a point where I thought it was going to be just me and Ryan on stage holding it down on our own, but thankfully everyone else showed up. So today's vlog is going to be the day before the event, which I'm uploading tomorrow. So this is a nice chill day eating some good food and lifting some weights and reuniting with everyone. Enjoy, leave a thumbs up, see you in the next clip. Me, Max, and Charlie are just like— I haven't seen Max's eyes yet. Yeah, glazed over. I got 36 hours here, let's make it worth it. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, I'm down to go work out. I'm gonna go to Guinness. Is that— yeah, Guinness Storehouse. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm down to go out. I'm down to Sweet, epic. That's a turtleneck, right? Yeah, yeah, I was like, I wish I could pull that off. I just look like an actual turtle. We are back in Raw Gym with my favorite people in the entire world. We got the extended Alphalete crew, we got the, the Euro guys, the US guys, the worldwide crew here, and it's just such a good feeling. I just put on my playlist and we're ready to lift. These guys are extremely jet-lagged, but they thank God made it made it here. So my mood today compared to yesterday, different person. I also slept. So this is the mood for today. We got Mr. Max, Nabil, Shawlie, Christian, Brian. Let's get into it. All right, people, so team dinner before a crazy day tomorrow. We got the goom on that bulk life. Look at him go. Um, so we're in Zizi's in Gundrum, starting off with some bread. Even when he doesn't have a camera, he's willing to put in that work, dude. That's grind, bro. You're grinding, bro. We grind here. Thank you very much. And a drink arrived. But yeah, so I'm having a couple of Settlers. Just to calm the nerves for a big day tomorrow. Holy shit, look how good that looks! That is cheesy goodness. So this is the boar meatballs, potatoes, more potatoes. This is the crew here. So dig it in. Zizi's done drum, got some greens too. Fueling up for an epic day tomorrow. Cheers! Like dark rum, that's why that's not that bad, right? Max, go on, give Max the Guinness. Max, Max, give Max the Guinness! Come Come on, do what you do. Trolling the corner there. Actually, Luke's— I'm so tired. Drink the Guinness, bitch. No, that's so— I just want to say, man, it's not that bad. I threw up my mouth. You cannot disrespect my people like that. If there was— if there was a way to take a butthole and turn it into a drink, that's what Guinness would be. I'll say it to any man. Ireland. Yeah, so good. Ah, there you are. I like that. You wouldn't know, boys. No, that's super heavy. Yeah, you'd like— that's clean. How's the alcoholic content? Like same as a beer. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You can't even vlog, bro. You can't even vlog. Just give up. Cheers, boys. Cheers. I can't fake it. Jesus, I forgot how much I love Guinness. All right, people, so it is the end of the day, and I'm a different person than I was yesterday, especially yesterday night. Um, today was really good, like, despite the lads being on such low sleep, everyone's in such good form, um, which really just kind of shows what type of people they are, like, they just get on with it. And so now to finish my day, I have cleaned my apartment, I've written out my plan for the morning, and then obviously written out the plan for the day, and also Sorted out my outfit for tomorrow. There are a few things I do before a really big day or a very kind of hectic day. And yes, I did that before Jordan Peterson made it cool. I wonder how many people will get that reference. But yeah, this is something that I've like just always done for a long time. But yeah, so I am gonna wind down, sip on some water, relax, and get a good 8, if not a 9-hour sleep. Before tomorrow. So I'll see you guys there at the event. Keep it real. I love you all, and I am just forever grateful for having you to follow me along on this crazy journey. Like, you know, a year ago, I wouldn't have— like, organizing these huge events to bring, you know, some of the biggest names in fitness to Dublin, my hometown, like, you know, I wouldn't— if you said that to me, I wouldn't have even thought of it, you know. Like, it's just crazy, right? And just goes to show, like, how much Things can change over time, okay? You never know what's next, and you never know if you're gonna have a big next breakthrough or just what's on the horizon. So that is the last thing I'm gonna say. Keep it real. I love you guys. I said keep it real, you don't— time to finish the video. Bye.
