An Unspoken Rivalry

Alright, Expo Day 1, let's go! I just had a nice lie-in. It's 9 AM, so— oh, love having a big spot in the forehead before Expo day. But, uh, so we're gonna get a quick lift in beforehand because afterwards things just get so unorganized when everyone's all over the place. You're trying to organize dinner and everything. So I'm going to start my day off with an upper body session. I'll go on my own if it needs to be, but I think Igor is going to come with me. We shall see. Thank you. Platinum? Yeah, Platinum Gym. So back on my one of my favorite YouTubers ever and fellow Alpha Lead. It is Igor Okumshansky, or the true— I don't go by my real name. Yeah, he's like a superhero. Uh, so we are gonna get a quick session in before the day gets started, just the two of us. I've been coming to this gym a lot recently. I really, really like it. It's always plenty of room to, uh, do activities such as lifting weights. Yeah, more room for activities. It's all right. All right, what are we hitting this morning? Cabs. See ya, bye! Bye! Don't hate, don't hate. Just let a man have fun. On a serious note though, people do like to see how your progress is getting on. It is a Z channel, so don't try to sugarcoat it, don't try to cover it up. We know what you're doing. It says push, so that is what I will do. Good idea. Okay people, so epic Workout, how'd you get on? Pretty good. Whenever you're training with like someone on your team, there's always that like that rivalry. Yeah, yeah, it's like you got it, you got to go for the extra rep, you got, you got to get that angle. Yeah, yeah, we were talking about our little unspoken friendly competition in like YouTube, physique, everything, everything, everything. It's good though. So right, Expo time, let's go. All right, Expo day 1, time to go. And it is also St. Patrick's Day, so it's pretty much my birthday because I'm like the only Irish person here. In honor of Mr. St. Patrick, I am wearing a a green Alphalete Arnold Classic limited edition Australia t-shirt. But now I gotta go off and meet the rest, so I can't wait. Honestly, meeting subscribers is something— I always say this— it's something I love because like social media is really cool. I think it can be really positive. It's so good to connect with people all around the world, but meeting people one-on-one in person, nothing beats that. Let's go! Day 1 here in Australia. We haven't had an outfit since last year's BodyPower, so it's been a while. Uh, I did a vlog I'm really excited to have the whole track team here, almost all the team here, and it's gonna be great. Backstage at the expo, we're all getting in St. Patrick's Day mood, putting on the green shirts. It's gonna be a good day, but I'm gonna stop, uh, yeah, they're really nice, aren't they? I'm gonna stop vlogging for a while because I want to like concentrate on meeting everyone, but I will be sure to show you guys plenty of the expo. Okay, so we're like halfway through the expo. I've been having such a good time meeting everyone. Everyone in Melbourne, Australians in general, are just nice people. But I'm gonna give you a look at like the line, the booth, everything. You can probably hear me losing my voice, but hopefully it kind of sounds cool. So anyways, right, I'll give you a look around. The line starts there, keeps going, keeps going, keeps going. That's it there, that's the booth. And then it literally goes— starts there, all the way around. So it is a big turnout, but like I said, everyone is super cool, super chilled, and just nice to be in general. I just feel super cool when someone asks me to sign something. I just don't believe it. I think— and don't worry, it's not just a scribble, okay? So there's the L, that sets it up. There's the O, the OP, and then the double T. Okay, so that gave you a good idea of what the expo is like. Again, I'm just like delighted that there's so many Australians across the world watching my content, so it's just, it's just really cool. Expos tend to take it out of you, like meeting, shaking hands, and talking to thousands of people. But I'm not for a second complaining, you know. If I can call this a job It's an amazing job. So I'm going to recharge the batteries, have a bit of alone time here, and then we're probably going to meet up with the rest of the crew later and just do something fun. Catch you then. I mean, it's just the oil, like, so that gets soft. Like, I used to get all— All right, so I had a little bit of wind-down time, and now we are meeting up to have a bit of dinner. And we went for a Thai place. It looks very good. But what I like the most is the scenes. It looks so nice. It's just out on the river. It's very nice and relaxing. It's like a nice date. Exactly. Yeah, well, you got the couple and then you got the couple. It's like a double date. We're matching, so we're super effing cute right now. Oh my God, I just noticed. I know. Sun is setting and our food came, so we are all very happy people. I played it safe with a pad thai. Oh, it looks like a— it's an egg. Rob said he's gonna eat it, but he has to eat it in one bite. Now it is St. Patrick's Day, and looks pretty good in there. It looks pretty buzzing. There's like a bit of fun going on the streets, so we might go out, but we're definitely gonna take it easy because we gotta wake up fresh tomorrow for day 2 of the expo. I'll see you guys then.
