Super quick grocery haul. These are the essentials that I pick up when I want to get crazy dialed. On the right, we got our protein. So we got egg whites, nonfat Greek yogurt, chicken breast, a classic, a big-ass steak. And we got some peasant protein over here, canned tuna. Big fan of this. Down the middle, we got our fats. So we got avocados, the king of fats, whole eggs, and Nature's Multivitamin. Some cottage cheese, great for baking. And some 85% dark chocolate. I'm not here to joke around. On the left, we got our carb sources. So we got oats. Sweet potatoes, normal potatoes, roast vegetables, berries, ananas— Spanish for pineapple. Gonna finish off with some brown whole grain rice, Arroz Integral. Integral. Integral. If you want to choose white rice, brown rice, whatever, doesn't matter. Just go with the one you prefer. These are the foods that I stick to when I'm getting dialed in, and depending on where you live, very cost-effective grocery shop as well. Follow for more straight-up fitness advice like this. See you in the next one. Peace.
