In this informal, humor‑filled tutorial, fitness influencer Rob Lipsett demonstrates how to prepare a macro‑friendly, spicy Nando’s‑style chicken breast paired with chili‑seasoned sweet potato fries. He begins by explaining why he wants to add more cooking content to his channel, then walks through the preparation steps: chopping sweet potatoes, parboiling them for ten minutes to ensure a crispy exterior, seasoning the chicken with sweet paprika, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning, and tossing the fries with crushed chilies and a light coating of cooking spray or coconut oil. After roasting both components for about ten minutes, he presents the final dish, highlights its macro breakdown on screen, and encourages viewers to adjust protein or carb portions to fit their own goals. Throughout, Rob injects self‑deprecating jokes, makes up words, and repeatedly calls viewers to engage on Snapchat and Instagram, promising future macro‑friendly recipes like a “macro‑friendly pizza.” The video blends cooking instruction, fitness nutrition advice, and personal branding to appeal to his health‑conscious audience.

What is up everyone? So I was looking through my channel, right? Just admiring myself, as I do 90% of the time. And I noticed I only have up one cooking video. The burrito bowl. Which is life-changing, but it's not good enough. Because I love to cook. You know, here's lifting, and here's cooking and things I love. And George is like up here. So today I'm going to show you how to make sweet potato and chicken breast. Rob, that's boring as shit. Why are you showing us how to make this? I'm going to show you how to make it not boring as shit. I'm going to show you how to make a Nando's spicy chicken and chilli sweet potato fries. Because as Gandhi used to say, "I love a cheeky Nando's, I do." Step 1: Sweet potato. Alright, so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to turn this sweet potato into sweet potato fries. Why? Because fries are fun and shit. So chop them up whichever way you like. I like them thick and chunky. You might go for thin. It's up to you. Alright, now here is where everyone makes a mess out of things. They put them straight in the oven and they don't cook properly and they end up coming out soft on the outside and rock solid on the inside. A bit like me when I'm bulking. So what you want to do first is you want to boil them for about 10 minutes or until you can stick a fork in them. So while the sweet potatoes are boiling, we want to prep the chicken breast. And the last thing we want is plain, bland, Tupperware-y chicken breast. Tupperware-y. Tupperware-y. Tupperware-y. County Tupperware-y. Oh man, I gotta stop making up words. I say on average I make up like 3 words per video. Somebody skipped dictionary day. Alright, so to flavor the chicken, I'm going to go for some sweet paprika, some black pepper, and some Cajun chicken seasoning. Alright, so we're nearly there. The chicken is seasoned, the sweet potatoes are boiled, so now all we got to do is roast them up. I'm also going to season the sweet potatoes with crushed chilies. You probably want to spray some cooking spray on the sweet potatoes so they don't stick to the pan. And if you want, you can use coconut oil for those that think it gives you magical powers. Alright, so we're good to go. So now just put it all in the oven for about 10 minutes or until it looks tasty, crispy, and gainful. Please, Lord Jesus, don't be burnt. He's only gone and bloody nailed it. So here's a close-up of the dish. Safe to say it looks pretty good, and I am starving. And of course, macros up on the screen. But if you want more protein, add more chicken. Less carbs, take away some sweet potatoes. You know this stuff yourself. So that is all for today. I'm starving, so I'm going to eat this now. Don't forget to Snapchat it to me and post on Instagram and tag me in it, because we all know that food tastes way better when you post on Instagram. And that's all for today. Like, comment, subscribe, and let me know if you want me to do more recipes like this. The next one I plan on doing will be the Roberto Lipsettis macro-friendly pizza. Anyone who stalks my Instagram hard enough will know what I'm talking about. #stalkharderdanme. That's all for today. As always, keep it real. I'm out.
