So today we are going to learn how to cook the Roberto Lipsettis macro-friendly pizza. Without further ado, let's kick it off. Alright, now for those that are a bit slow in the head like myself, it's best to make things as simple as possible. So first thing you want to do is lay out all the ingredients that you're gonna use. So it's gonna be a cup of spinach, a cup of diced red peppers, about 100 grams of mixed low-fat cheese, and 150 grams of chopped chicken breast. Then on the left there, we got some tomato paste. Again, ingredients are just pure tomatoes. And then for the base, we're gonna use a thick tortilla wrap. There's like 35 grams of carbs in the whole thing. Alright, so first things first, cover the base with your tomato paste. If you want to be really exact about things, you can weigh the tube first and then weigh it afterwards. It also says just on the back here what a tablespoon contains, so either or, you don't have to be too accurate. Then once you put it down, just smooth it out with a spoon. How we doing down here? Uh, next up, let's add all the toppings. On with the pepperinos. Then we add the gains. Oh, right, you're probably like, why is this clown putting on the cheese last. Lick shit! Put the cheese on last because when you put it in the oven, it all melts on top of it and keeps that shit on lockdown. Alright, so now just some finishing touches. Just put a bit of seasoning on it, whatever you want. All right, so we are ready to stick this in the oven. Seeing as it's a thin pizza, it cooks really quickly. I'm talking less than 5 minutes, so just keep an eye on it. Seeing as it cooks so fast, it doesn't really matter what setting you put it on. Put it on high and just keep an eye on it. All right, the pizza is in the oven. The beagle has landed. Elvis has left the building. Now we just play the waiting game. Man, this game is boring as shit. A few moments later. That is a fine-looking pizza done in 15 minutes. Great macros, tons of veg, and I'm also gonna put some hot sauce on that bitch too. Hope you enjoyed the video. I'm gonna eat this now, and now what I want you to do is I want you to cook your Lipsetti's pizza and send Send it to me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Excuse me.
