What is going on everyone? So we are in Portugal right now. Uh, apartment tour is up on Sarah's channel, but I'll show you quickly. So hallway, kitchen, which I will— I'm gonna try to use as much as possible. Living room, TV, balcony, barbecue, which I used last night. View. So I'm uploading right now a vlog from Dublin. It was like the day before I left because, you know, I'm trying to keep them keep them uploads going. But right now, anyways, the plan for today is I want to get a gym session in. Say what you want, oh, going to the gym on holidays first thing in the morning. Guys, I'm not doing this fitness thing to look cool. I genuinely do love it. So I'm going to get the workout out of the way, then I'm going to enjoy my day and bring you along with me. Give you a look at what's in the fridge. Today's pre-workout gonna be a Coke Zero. Pretty intense, eh? Also gonna get some fruit involved, cold fruit from the fridge. Oh my God, it's one of my favorite things in the world to eat. Love it. So we've got watermelon and normal melon. Absolutely roasting hot day. So now let's Go check out the gym, get this workout out of the way, then probably hit the beach, pool, and now relax. But oh my God, look at that! Ah, get that vitamin D into me. Hey, how's it going? Alright, so gym was alright. It had a leg press, I just did loads of sets on that, some leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises. There was a class on, so I didn't want to be kind of like walking around, you know, with my recording everyone up for YouTube. So I just got whatever I did done, got a nice pump. And yeah, that'll definitely do me for the week. Like I said, this week I'm going to take as a bit of a light deload and, uh, yeah, just kind of go in and just, just get it done. 45-minute workout, then enjoy my holiday. So we're looking— I need to eat. I think I'm gonna get some lunch. All right, so just catching some rays here, as you can see. Absolutely chilled. And I'm also reading some Train magazine. Now, one of my goals— I'm just putting it out there— within the next year is I would love to get on the COVID of magazine. Apparently, from what I've heard, a lot of it is about like who you know and stuff like that, but I'm not gonna let that deter me. And, uh, yeah, just putting that out there, so keep an eye out. Who knows what could happen. Once you put your mind to it, anything is possible. Oh, and look who I see. Oh, Steve, is there anything you can't do? Um, also one thing I've noticed is I'd say like 5 years ago, maybe a little bit more, when I would ever pick up a bodybuilding magazine, the information in them was like terrible. It was like pure bro science. Of course, at the time I didn't know any better. But like, you know, just looking back at it now, they'd recommend like ridiculously high protein intakes just to like sell protein supplements and stuff. But, you know, reading— I'll have like a flick through them nowadays. I won't buy them regularly, but when I do read them, the information in them isn't actually that bad. And you also see people in them like Bret Contreras, who is a researcher, uh, that, you know, I would be fond of. I also got the Hodgkins there. And then you also do have people like Brad Schoenfeld and Alan Aragon who now write for fitness magazines, so they are definitely improving. But one thing that is not getting better at all is the magazine that Sarah is just flicking through, uh, by the pool. The information that I read in that is like bottom tier. It is terrible. But look at this, right? This is like sponsorships gone wrong, okay? I thought this is quite funny. Scott Disick He basically got paid to promote one of those booty shake things, and they gave him a caption to write, and he Instagrammed the whole thing. At 4 PM EST, write the below caption. Oh my god, that is, um, the definition of selling out. That is, um, what you will see me not do. Making up a quick little bit of lunch. BBQ steak, and then I'm probably gonna just have that with a bit of salad. Quick meal, cheap, obviously macro-friendly, macro-calorie-friendly. And barbecue steak is one of my favorite stuff ever. I love when you barbecue steak or chicken, whatever, and it has those lines. I swear it makes it taste better. So I'm just gonna dice this up, throw it on top of that salad. Add some fiery hot chili ketchup. Macros on it are pretty decent. That's gonna be my lunch. Alright, so I've got a good bit of sun today, but I'm not gonna lie, there was stages where I was inside getting some work done, editing, you know, clients' plans, emails and stuff like that. And you can say like, Rob, you're on holiday and get out more. It's like, you got to keep in mind, like, the reason I'm able to go on holidays whenever I want is because, because of that, you know. It's like, imagine I worked in like an office or something where I had to ask to take time off, where I only got like 20 days off per year. So, you know, what's that saying? It's like an entrepreneur will work, you know, way more hours per week to be able to do what they want. Whatever. Anyways, look, either way, we're going down for dinner now. I cannot wait. We're both so hungry. I'll show you what we get. I've eaten like nothing today, so I'm not gonna hold back. Outfit, keeping it simple. White kind of distressed top from Penny's, which is like usual for me. Some chino shorts and then these loafers I got in Zara. Dinner time. I can always tell when Sarah's hungry. She gets like proper hangry, like snappy and stuff, and then the second you put food in front of her, her mood just completely changes. And that's alright because To be honest, I'm kind of the same. All right, so we're just gonna go for some dinner in the hotel. We were gonna go out tonight and we just got a little bit lazy, to be honest. So let's see what they have to offer. Oh, here we are. Uh, with pineapple? Yeah, right here. Thank you. Enjoy. Thank you. Check this. Oh yeah! And Sarah, and Sarah got the same just without pineapple. I think pineapple on a pizza is just the way to go. Yo, what's up everyone? So it's the evening time and it is like so nice and peaceful and quiet in this resort that like I don't want to shout. Actually wait, I'm gonna go inside. All right, now I can speak properly. But anyways, I'm gonna wrap things up here. Thank you so much for watching. Be sure to go to like Sarah's channel and mine because like one day I'm gonna vlog, then the next day she's gonna vlog, um, So yeah, I'll of course link Sarah's channel down below. So if you want more Lipsett-y action, you know where to go. Keep it real until next time. I'm outta here. Bye.
