Your ego convinces you everyone's watching and judging, but they're not. Most people are too busy with their own lives to care about your failures. Stop living like you're still in high school and act without fear.
The ego holds you back because you start thinking to yourself, everyone's looking at me. Oh, she's gonna laugh at me. If I fail in business, everyone's gonna laugh at me. It's like people don't actually care that much. And once you detach from that and go, I'm just gonna do me— and I think it's a school mindset, it's high school, school mindset where it gets stuck in your head. High school, school life, and adult life are two completely different things. The people who succeed at school and popularity and whatever, it's completely different in normal life. And I think the best thing for a young man to do, but get out of that school mindset. Nobody's watching you when you walk in the room. Nobody's judging your outfit.
