I was 128,000 kilos in when my left knee decided to leave the building. That was after 2,100-something reps at 60 kilos. 2,100 reps. The format was 25 minutes on, 5 minutes off, every minute on the minute, set of 10 at 60 kilos. So basically 25 sets, 25 sets of 10 at 60 with about 40 seconds of rest between them. 5 minutes rest, and I did that for 4 hours. Then had a half-hour break and then got going for the next bit. And that's where my knee wasn't very happy.
