Full Day Of Cutting + My Take On IIFYM

In this spontaneous "full day of eating" vlog, fitness creator Rob Lipsett walks viewers through his cutting diet, showcasing each meal, offering quick‑cook recipes, and sharing practical tips for macro tracking and flexible dieting (IIFYM). He starts with a 5‑minute burrito bowl made from ground beef, microwave rice, and sautéed veg, then moves on to an apple, a high‑calorie milkshake, a low‑calorie egg sandwich, protein‑enriched oats, and ends the day with a large turkey‑bacon‑vegetable stir‑fry. Throughout, he emphasizes the importance of meal‑prepping, using non‑stick pans, weighing food, and logging macros in MyFitnessPal. Rob also promotes his brand partnerships (Lidl rice, Paragon hat, LF gear), encourages audience interaction (comment on Joe Delaney’s channel, suggest video ideas), and offers a productivity tip about daily to‑do lists. He concludes by reinforcing his flexible dieting philosophy: hit macros and micros with whole foods while still enjoying treats, and invites viewers to seek personalized coaching via lipsandfitness.com.

What's up everyone? So today, um, spur of the moment full day of eating. Hooray, everyone's favorite. And but I woke up early-ish today and then I just, um, you know, pre-workout down the hatch and I went straight to the gym without eating. So this is my first meal for the day, so probably looks like lunch, but, um, I The cut is— it's dragging on. I'm getting hungry, so I am saving so much of my calories for later in the day because you know I'm Mr. Late Night Craving. But, uh, anyways, um, gonna start things off with a burrito bowl. You know how it is. Let's go! Right, so you know what it is, you know what I'm all about. I'm about them burrito bowls. So easiest recipe out there, just put the ground beef in the George Foreman, rice in the microwave, and veg in a pan, and throw it all together and you got it. Got that Lidl rice on deck. Lidl sponsorship, I'm waiting for you. But I'll show you all this when it's done anyways. I think this could be classed as a 5-minute meal, 'cause the beef takes 5 minutes, this, the rice takes 2 minutes, and then, you know, then you just throw everything in the pan. So 5-minute meal, no excuses, people. Also, one thing I'd really suggest people get is a good nonstick pan. You know, I didn't have to use any oils there or anything, and you know, it just comes out perfect every time. I'm wearing a Paragon hat, like backwards and off to the side a little bit. With a few curls kind of poking through and shit. Okay, because I think it's fucking cool. Uh, just gonna watch me some Joe Delaney and eat this unbelievable burrito bowl. And you know, my lemony green tea drink. Me and Joe have decided that we're both not shit lads, and we're gonna do a video together, uh, at BodyPower. Probably going on a night out together too, um, Get a workout in, just be homo. And anyways, I'm gonna link Joe's channel in the description box. If you like my, you know, vlogs and just generally laddish behavior, you're definitely gonna love his channel too. So I'll link that below. But anyways, back to my burrito bowl. Look at that! Oh, just take it all in. Anyways, see you at the next meal. Jesus, we went to town on that. Anyways, a little tip for life in general. I do it every single day. Write out a to-do list every single day. Just write out what you want to do that day. Guaranteed more productivity, more success. It is honestly a game changer. So anyways, I'm gonna go about my day. I think I'm actually going— I'm just gonna show you the meals today, do a bit of chat in between, but let's keep going. Also, go onto Joe's channel and comment on one of his videos, say Rob sent me here. And two, give us some good ideas of what you would want to see the two of us film. Next on the menu: apple. That is all. Alright, so Weihai dropped off a load of these to me, and you know, they were just like, hey, you know, use these in your videos if you want. And I gotta say, these are Lip approved. They are Amazing. I've gone through the whole box, so if Weihai, if you're watching this, please send me more of these bitches. I love them. But anyways, now I'm going to make a proper milkshake. You know, ice cream, milk, peanut butter, and some frozen bananas. This is going to be insane. Fail. Okay, I'm properly excited for this taste test. Oh. It's like there's a party in my mouth. Everyone's invited. No, but seriously, that is one of the nicest things. That's like Eddie Rocket's standard. Oh my God. Now on to the next meal. So next on the list is going to be a simple egg sandwich in one of these Slimsters. There's like 100 calories in one of these. And also I went and picked up A fresh pair of Nikes. What do you think of these? I think nothing beats a fresh pair of trainers, and I'm gonna Instagram the fuck out of these. But okay, I'll show you all this when it's done. Also today, you know, I'm just showing you my food. It's not a vlog exactly because I just kind of want to go through quick. But now I am packaging up some LF gear, the t-shirts as well. I'm talking to the manufacturer, and I'm gonna try sort them all out within the next 30 days, 'cause some people were asking, so that's what's pretty much what's on the agenda today. But, you know, not much going on, so I'm just gonna show you my meals. Now, I know nothing amazing here, but I am just showing you everything I eat today. And I have to say, these videos are great for me too, because they keep me on track with my macros. You know, when I'm filming, I'm like, "Alright, I better do a decent job now." But, so, thanks for the motivation. Alright, so another snack is just 50 grams of oats. And I'm gonna put some vanilla protein into, and some cinnamon to flavor it. A tip for when you're making protein oats is just put in a little extra water or milk, so when you throw in the protein, it's not just a big lump of dried mass. Now usually I would never bother, you know, weighing out my whey. Huh, hilarious. But just seeing as the bowl was on the scales as is. But anyways, I'm gonna throw in some cinnamon, mix this up, show you what it looks like. Alright, so another very simple meal: water, protein, and oats. Exactly 300 calories. Took a couple of minutes to make. Alright, so end of the day. I don't have too much carbs left. I've mainly got fat and protein to hit, but there's One thing I will not do is go to bed hungry. I will not do it. So here's a good tip for anyone cutting, and it is just make these huge stir-fries of vegetables. So here I got some, just a ton of greens, few carrots. I got some turkey, and this is seasoned with like chili, garlic, you know, all about that seasoning can change your meals completely. And then, you know, to hit my fats, I've got some bacon here, and then I'm also going to throw in some coconut oil too. And now, people, some people think there is like magical powers to coconut oil. There's really nothing special about it. I just like the taste of it, so I'm throwing it in. But yeah, if anyone's cutting, just make these huge vegetable bowls. They're just so voluminous for how much calories it is. So it really fills you up. So turkey, chili, bacon, and veg stir-fry. Not bad. And people always ask me, do I track vegetables? Do I weigh vegetables? I do and I don't. I would like put it into my FitnessPal, like, you know, 100 grams of carrot, you know, which is pretty much just a handful of carrots. And the calories on it are so low that, you know, it's not going to make a significant difference. Whereas, you know, with things like potatoes, rice, meat, I would track quite accurately. Mmm. Like, you know, some people, they think, oh, vegetables, yuck. But if you cook them right, you season them right, I think vegetables are delicious. Alright, gonna wrap things up there. Gonna eat this now. I hope you enjoyed today's video. Hope you got some meal ideas from it and whatnot. But in my opinion, this is, if it fits your macros, flexible dieting done right. You know, hitting your macros, hitting your micros, getting in your vitamins, minerals, fiber, eating your veg, and eating mainly whole foods, but still having an enjoyable diet. You know, if I got to eat a chocolate ice cream milkshake every day, I'm down with that. So if you want help with your diet, help with your meal planning, you know, help reaching your goals, hit up lipsandfitness.com. I'd love to get to work with you. But, uh, anyways, that's all for now. Uh, like, comment, subscribe. Until next time, keep it real. I'm out of here. Peace.
