Full Legs + Abs Day at Marbella's Best Gym

Rob Lipsett’s vlog opens with a spontaneous calisthenics challenge before heading to Elements Gym in Marbella for a dedicated leg‑and‑abs session. He walks viewers through his pre‑workout supplement stack (Ghost sour black cherry, creatine, ice‑cold shaker tip) and explains why he chooses this gym among five memberships, highlighting its community vibe and top‑rated pendulum squat machine. Mid‑vlog, Rob shares career advice, arguing that age is an asset in the fitness industry and encouraging older creators to pursue coaching and content creation. The workout segment details his leg routine—dead hangs warm‑up, pendulum squats, Romanian deadlifts, supersetted leg extensions and hamstring curls, calf work, and finishing ab exercises—while emphasizing superset efficiency and core benefits. Post‑session, he jumps into a freezing pool/ice bath, then transitions to travel footage as he flies from Malaga to Istanbul to Dubai with his partner Isabel and baby. In Dubai, he tours a Fairmont apartment, offers practical travel tips (luxury transfers, Careem app, kitchen/laundry setup), and reviews a budget‑friendly food order. Throughout, he promotes Ghost supplements with a discount code, showcases his lifestyle across Marbella, Dubai, and future travel aspirations, and ends with a promise of more Dubai content.

this to go. Can I do a muscle-up? I don't think I've ever tried this on YouTube, ever. Yes! Oh, okay, bro. All right, that's insane. Even got some dips as well. Wow. Let's see, can we go 3? All right, learn something new every day. You're up, bro. Come on, Mr. Calisthenics. I'm expecting 10 at least. Oh, that was clean. When your videographer is way fitter than you, I should be holding the camera. Like, what the hell? I'm just getting upstaged here on my own channel. What's going on, guys? I'm like, all right, stop making me look too bad. I mean, you've got the muscles. Well, hey yo, what's up everyone? Welcome to today's vlog, starting off with a little bit of calisthenics. It's a beautiful day in Marbella. Get ready with me for the gym and let's go hit some legs. We've done our upper body for the day, so now it's time to grow these pins a little bit. I'm gonna get some pre-workout into us. We're gonna head to Elements Gym as that's actually got like my favorite leg machines. It's funny, I've got like 5 gym memberships here in Marbella, and depending on what I want to train, I like go to different ones. So we're going to go to Elements today, which is owned by a good friend of mine. Probably seen Elements before on this channel. It's where when I did, uh, my last competition prep, it's where I trained the most. So it's like a very nice balance of like a good community, a good social scene, but also like you can go in there and like put the hoodie on, put your earphones in, and get your work done. So welcome to another day in the life, let's go! The supplement drawer. What's it going to be today? We got creatine, obviously. We're going to do, we're going to do some pre-workout. All-time favorite flavor is sour black cherry. Just, I don't even like cherries that much, but that just tastes amazing. We are going to do a little bit of pump cuz I want to look good on camera today. Let's see. Okay, actually no, we're going to do Passion Fruit Pump. Okay, all right, that's today's stack. Let's mix this up. Biggest tip as well, put ice in your shaker. Like, I spoke about this on, I think it was like TikTok, or I made a reel about it or something, and I was like, people were shocked at it. How is everyone not putting ice in their shaker? It makes your pre-workout taste infinitely better. Like, I thought that was common practice. Apparently not. Ice in a shaker, it is like a cocktail. It's amazing. Do it. Some creatine, big scoop of that. That's a big boy. Okay. I'm gonna do a massive scoop of this, like a, like a bit of big boy scoop. All right, that's it. Getting your biggest pump of your life. Let's go. I'm like, I swear to God, like my legs when they're pumped, They look good, but I'm just walking around, not so much. So we got to seriously get a good pump and find some good lighting, or YouTube will just not let me live it down. The comment section, if you don't train legs, it's always brutal. And fellas, if you're in the market for a new pre-workout, I highly recommend the Sarah Black Cherry. Code Lipsett for 20% off everything. You know the drill. I've been with Ghost since 2018. That's how long I've been standing behind their products. Best in the game. Like, they win awards for the best supplement company year on year for a good reason, you know? Like, they've been valued at a billion-dollar company for a good reason. Like, that just doesn't happen by accident without the products being amazing. So if you haven't tried Ghost yet, go check it out. They just sorted out their EU warehouse as well, so shipping to Ireland, UK, everything, even Spain, Marbella, very seamless, no customs. Top places to live in the world for the lifestyle that I want to live. So gym, entrepreneurial community, great weather, beaches. Number 1 in the world is Marbella. Number 2, Dubai, where I'm also a resident. Number 3 would be Bali. Number 4, Miami. Just extremely expensive, like Miami is— it's its own price range. Miami's the most expensive place I've ever been. Number 5, it's a tough one. Like, there's not that many places in the world that tick all— New York got no beach there, no beach there. Hmm, LA gone to shit. Number 5 would probably be Sydney, but it's just a little bit disconnected, uh, from the rest world disconnected from Ireland, but I do absolutely love Australia. The number 5 is going to go to Sydney. They're the top 5 places that I would live in the world. Comment below yours. Something that a lot of people do, they'll drink their pre-workout in the gym, or they'll have like a can of Monster in the gym. Caffeine takes, you know, at least 15 minutes, ideally 30 minutes to kick in. So I always have it like on the way to the gym, and then like I do my warm-up. By the time I'm done my warm-up, in my system. So let's down this. Let's go! All right guys, so we're here in Elements Gym, just waiting for that caffeine to kick in. We're gonna go through the workout in a second, but I coach people who want to get into the fitness industry. As I'm a fitness industry OG, I've been working in the fitness industry for, God, I think it's coming up to 12 years now. And a lot of times people ask me, am I too old to work in the fitness industry? And the answer to that is absolutely not. A lot of times people will see these like 21-year-old Gymshark kids who are absolutely shredded and they have no other responsibilities, and they see them blown up in the fitness industry. If you actually want to make a living from the fitness industry, there is no set age. And I'd actually argue that the older you are, the more experience you have, the more seriously people will take you. And you will also have older clientele who are more willing to spend to get results. So for example, it's very hard for— let's say you're a 35-year-old father with a 9-to-5, very busy, demanding job, very busy, demanding schedule— kind of hard to take some 21-year-old seriously who's telling you to do this and that when you've got so much more responsibility. So I'd actually argue that the older you are, the more authority you have, and the more experience, and the more your clientele, and the more disposable income clientele will have. So there's really no set age. You can even argue the biggest fitness influencer in the world, Joe Rogan, he has the biggest platform, he's coming up to his 60s. Me, I'm 33, but there is no set age. And I'd actually argue that the older you are, the more seriously you will be taken as a coach. So if you're thinking about getting in the fitness industry, if it's something you love, if something you're passionate about, do not think that you have to be this young shredded aesthetic individual who's always just posting pictures of their abs. The more experienced you are, the more value, the more knowledge that you have, the better you will do in the industry. And the clientele that you'll be able to get will actually have more disposable income. So question I get a lot, people think, am I too old to get on social media, be in the fitness industry? Absolutely not. I plan on doing this until just forever. Yeah, I don't want to work as anything else. This is what I absolutely love I love to do. My career every single year just keeps going up. There's no set age to be in the fitness industry, and there's so many examples of guys, YouTubers in the fitness industry that are in their 30s, 40s, even 50s, absolutely killing it. All right, boys and girls, today's workout, we're doing a Game Plan leg day with some abs thrown in there as well. Today we're going to start off with the pendulum squat. That's actually one of the reasons we're here in Elements Gym. They've won the best pendulum squats in all of Marbella. It's an absolutely killer machine. Then we're going to move on to the hamstrings, a hip hinge movement, and that is going to be in the form of dumbbell Romanians. Then we're going to do a superset leg extensions and hamstring curls. The benefits of superset— there's nothing magical about them, they just save time and they don't take away. If they're agonist and antagonist, so for example if you're doing leg extensions and hamstring curl, they're not going to take away from each other. So that is going to be our second So then we're going to move on to them. Then we're going to give some love to the calves, and we're going to finish off with some decline ab crunches and also some hanging leg raises. So that is today's workout. Time to get in the zone and absolutely crush it. And one thing I love to do, whether I'm training legs, upper body, whatever it is, I love to start off the workout with some dead hangs. It just loosens up everything. It loosens up your shoulders, feels Amazing. Even throwing some pull-ups there. It is part of my warm-up that I include no matter what workout I'm doing. Oh, I absolutely love them. All Alphalete as usual. I'm digging the black and the khaki shorts combo. I'm feeling myself. Look good, train good. It's just how it is. It's science. Oh, absolute killer. Nice, John. Oh my God, that's the hardest ab exercise you can do. Holy shit. Aah! Oh man, I'm done. I'm done. I'm toast. Oh my God. All right guys, workout done. Legs smashed. For once my legs look mediocre. And then finish off with a little bit of abs. With ab training, right, something that people say you don't need to train abs to make them show, and well, that is of course true. It's all about diet and being lean enough to see them. I find when I train my abs, not only is it healthy to have a strong core, it improves your posture, they pop way more. I feel I have an ab pump right now. They become way more prominent and they look way better. Some people think, oh, don't train abs, especially the obliques, or your waist will look too blocky. Trust me, the actual ab muscles, they're not big enough to look blocky. Like, they're not like your chest or your delts where they pop out. I think they look way better. If you think your, your midsection is looking too blocky, just get absolutely shredded and trust me, you'll be fine and your abs will be looking cover model ready. So now we're going to finish up here. Elements Gym, like, what an amazing spot. If you're going to Marbella, this is like— this is probably my top recommendation gym to go visit as an all-rounder gym. All the gyms have something like different to, to give, something different about them. This is my favorite all-rounder. So Elements Gym San Pedro, go check it out. Okay, workout done. It's something that I do in the summer or the winter, no matter what. I jump in the pool. It is absolutely freezing right now. It's pretty much the same temperature as the ice bath. That's the way I like it. So let's get on in. Oh God, feels like I'm back in Ireland. Don't let the sun deceive you. Oh yeah, there we go. It's nice after a couple of seconds. You, you love it. Oh, ultimate feel. The Marbella life, baby. All right, team, that was the final session you were going to see in Marbella. We're actually on the way to Dubai now, so before I get on a big long flight, I'd love to get a session in. Particularly legs, because I'm not going to be using my legs for a while. That's why I did the conditioning work at the end too, the sprints, the sled work, as I'm not going to be using my legs for a while. So the route we are taking is Malaga to Istanbul to Dubai. So this is the first big long trip with Isabel, so wish us luck. The other routes that you can take, you can go Malaga-Abu Dhabi direct, but only during the summer months for some strange reason. You can also do Malaga to Barcelona or Madrid to Dubai, but the most popular route at this time of year is Turkish Airlines through Istanbul. So wish us luck, we're about to go to the airport now. We always use this company called Malaga Luxury Transfers, highly recommend them because you can pre-book a baby seat, which is crucial. They track your flight, they're just really nice people. You get a nice little bottle of water as well. So wish us luck, we're about to go now. See you guys in Dubai. Epic vlog! We made it to Dubai. Isabel was amazing. We can't believe how smooth that trip went. First long-haul flight ever. She was amazing. Dubai. Let's go! All right guys, we've made it. Very quick room tour. Linda has the camera in one hand, Isabel in the other. So she was amazing on that flight. She was actually better on that flight than she was from Dublin to Malaga. I think it's just down to a little bit of luck. So here is our apartment. We're staying in the Fairmont Hotel, but we're staying in the apartments above it. Tip when traveling with kids: get a place that has a kitchen and that you can do laundry in, and separate bathrooms and bedrooms for our sanity. This is my little bathroom in here. Here we have the kitchen. Last time we were in Dubai, we stayed in a hotel room for 6 weeks. I couldn't cook any of my own meals. It was even awkward ordering in, and I lost the run of myself. I lost my shape a lot. So we made sure to get a place with big kitchen as well, dishwasher, all that good stuff. Here is the main room, and I set up my laptop straight away. That just makes me so happy right there. It makes me feel way more at home just having, having the laptop set up, my camera equipment, everyone plugged in. Nice big room here, pull-out couch as well. Got a big balcony that I'm going to show you guys too. Now into the bedroom. You come in, we got a full walk-in wardrobe. Comment below, are you the type of person that unpacks straight away, or or do you just leave your stuff in the suitcase? I think you can tell what type of person I am. Here is the main bathroom as well. We also got a baby bath. That is our life now. It's a big bathroom in there, a big shower. Nothing says romance like a nice big cot next to the bed, so we got that sorted as well. Another TV here, baby monitor, double bed. And then out here we have a massive balcony as well. We're staying right on the Palm, and we are actually gonna book a day at Aura Sky Pool. So that is the biggest sky pool in the world, I think. So really, really good location. We're wrecked. We're gonna eat some food now and then finish up the vlog. So let's see what we ordered off Careem. So the app that you just order absolutely everything from— like, I just ordered a charger from it as well— it's called Careem. You've probably heard Dubai is the most convenient place in the world, and it's probably because of this app. So we just ordered our dinner from this place called Kcal, and the whole thing with delivery and everything came to €28, so €14 each. Let's open it up. I'll show you guys what we got, and we can see if we, if we got a good amount. All right, we got a chicken wrap, chicken burger, chicken nuggets, a big fruit pot, 2 dips, and a ginger shot. That was all €28, arrived in a couple of minutes. I think that's pretty good. Good solid amount of protein. That's like a chicken breast burger. All right team, gonna finish up the vlog here, gonna eat and sleep. I'll see you in the next one. Some cool Dubai vlogs coming. Keep it real. I'm out here. Peace.
