High Protein Macro Friendly Pizza

Rob Lipsett builds a high-protein pizza with 150g chicken breast, 50g cheese, and a low-carb base. The macro split: 70g protein, 65g carbs, 10g fat. He bakes it 5-15 minutes at high heat and says the protein-to-carb ratio beats regular pizza.

What is up everyone? So, back in the kitchen with another recipe for you, alright? Now imagine a world where you can eat pizza and get shredded, get ripped, get toned. Well now I'm making that world a reality. It's the Lipsetti Pizza. Alright, so we're going to go balls deep into this recipe straight away. Okay, so what you will need, let's start off with the most important thing, and that is a pizza base. Now I got this in Tesco, pretty sure you can get it in Dunnes, SuperValu, anywhere. And there's 60 grams of carbs in this base. If you want half the carbs, just use a tortilla base, which is about 30 grams. It's just going to come out smaller. So then next we got the tomato sauce. That brand there, it's literally, the ingredients are like, it's just tomatoes or something. So it's very low calorie. That's 150 grams right there. We are gonna be using 50 grams of protein cheese. This is really gonna be the star of the show. It's really gonna make it macro-friendly and able to fit into your diet. Other cheeses, you can get nice low-fat alternatives, but this is the best I've tried and it tastes great. So I recommend that, but of course any cheese will do the job, just change the macros. And then for toppings, we got 1 sliced chicken breast, it's about 150 grams, and then we got some rocket salad, onions, and peppers. And I just noticed that looks like the Italian flag. I swear I didn't even plan that. Now, they're just the toppings that I'm going with today, but the best thing about this recipe is you can get all creative with it. You know, a really nice one I've tried is lean mince and some mushrooms. Put some pineapples up on that bitch. Loads of great combinations that you can try out. Alright, so here we go. You may think making a pizza is like constructing a rocket ship, but it's actually really easy. You literally just throw down the pasta sauce and then lay everything on. And then I like to grate the cheese and then put it on last, so it kind of keeps all the ingredients locked down. So make sure it's spread out nice and evenly, and then on go your toppings. And then lastly, just get a bit of color going on it, so sprinkle some rocket on. Alright, so nearly there. Now just sprinkle the cheese on. Alright, so we are ready to go. Seeing as it's a thin crust pizza, just put your oven on full blast. Keep an eye on it because it'll be ready really quickly. Once the top is kind of, you know, all the cheese is melted, it's kind of golden and looks ready to eat, Then eat it. Alright, so now we play the waiting game. Should only be about 5, 10 minutes, maybe 15 minutes if your oven sucks. But if you've got like a date over, you know, and you're trying to kill some time and she's looking a bit bored, hit her up with a magic trick. Get her one of these. Huh? Ah, yeah, yeah, that's what I'm talking about, you know. Birds love magic tricks, trust me on that one. Yeah. Yeah, they do. Oh, guys, come check this out. I'm after making a work of art. Can you smell? The lip is cooking. Very happy with how that turned out. Finishing macros on that pizza are 65 grams of carbs, 70 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat. Show me a pizza anywhere with the protein content higher than the carb content. Oh, what's that? What's that, there is none? Well, there is now, son. Anyways, right, on a very serious note, I do encourage everyone to get creative in the kitchen. When you're deep into a cut and, you know, dieting is really taking its toll, finding a recipe like this that you can easily fit into your macros will really be a game changer in terms of being consistent, not getting bored, not getting fed up, and not cheating on your diet. Because when you are consistent with your diet, that is when you're gonna nail it. Consistency in anything is, is always number one. So as you can tell, I'm pretty excited to eat this. I'm gonna finish off the video here. Hope you enjoyed it. Hope it changed your life for the better. Don't forget to leave the video a like, comment down below, and I'll catch you next time. Keep it real.
