All right, people, so starting this vlog off before the craziness begins. Stage is set, the arena is set, it is looking very, very good. This is all the seating here, and then we got loads of stands setting up on the side. It's the Body First fellas, what's up? And then we've got some more over there. So I really like the way the kind of layout, you know, it's going to keep everyone in the one room, it's going to keep everyone engaged. We've got music there as well, and people are going to start coming in at about 11. So I am, you know, I'm always very nervous at this stage, but like in a in a good way. Like, it's not like I'm scared, I'm more like excited. And then when it gets going, it's just pure fun. It's just a laugh, and that's how business should be. That's how events should be. So, alright, let's get into it.
Hi, Steve.
I'm Rob Lipsett.
I'm Robert Jessway.
A lot of people. Let's do some inspiration.
Let's help some people.
Have a good time overall. I'm a little nervous, you can tell.
This was the most organized, efficient event I've ever actually been to. I think that everything was on time. I think there were good breaks. There was good energy with the whole entire crowd. And honestly, I just loved today. So highly recommend any event that the Creator Agency puts on. You should definitely come check it out. So my number one piece of advice to anyone looking to start a business or just jump into something or do something I'm not comfortable with would be to start. Don't hesitate, be sure you can take that first step. And I think a lot of people take too many calculations and worry too much, but if you take that first step, learn as you go, you're gonna get better at what you're doing, and that's how you're gonna make progress. So just don't be scared to start, don't be scared to fail, and that's it.
I think the event was excellent, the turnout was great. I think the structure and how it was set up, the logistics done by Rob and everyone that helped him, I think it was amazing, couldn't have went smoother. The feedback, the energy was up there, and it's always It's always cool when you get up on stage and speak to people who know so much about your life. It's like speaking to just your family and your friends. Very, very relaxed environment, and I feel like that everyone can walk away with a smile on their face, and that's all I can ask. If you're starting out and you're looking for a way to kind of motivate yourself, then just do it. Believe in yourself. Like I've said a million times, there is no one out there who is exactly like you, and there's plenty of people that can relate to who you are and the story that you can tell. I don't feel that it's ever oversaturated. It may be a little harder, but just because something is difficult doesn't mean it's impossible. So believe in yourself and ever forward.
Like, the organization was absolutely perfect, alright? This was my first event speaking. Everything just went fluidly as far as the preparation goes. Went in here, crowd was actually fired up. Rob made sure, and they just kept, you know, being interested. Right, so it's just freaking perfect. I think I said it pretty well on stage. First, you gotta find something you're passionate about, which is something people always say, right? But it is the truth. It is actually what I believe. I started out with something as my hobby. I tried to turn it into profit. And because when you love something and have such a passion for something, you automatically just put in so many more hours than you would when you work a 9-to-5 you wanna get out of, for example, right? You put in all the extra hours. And the hours do not feel like work. I never feel like work even though I work every day from waking up until going to sleep. Practically, right, I'm working on establishing my business, growing my social media. I do it because I love it, and I think if you find something that you love, you're so passionate about, and you want to share with the world, you're unstoppable.
To be completely honest, we pulled up and I was just mind-blown by the amount of people that were waiting outside. Since 10 AM? 10 AM to talk to us, hear us speak. This is my first time ever doing this, so I was really nervous on stage, but the amount of people that waited for us was amazing. I was mind-blown by the entire experience. It was amazing meeting the Ireland, I guess, demographic. I didn't even know I had a demographic out here, but it was— I was proven wrong today. All the people that came out, I love all of y'all. I appreciate all the support. You guys are awesome. I really, really love y'all, and y'all really inspire me. I know a lot of y'all claim that I inspire y'all, but y'all really inspire me to push harder and keep inspiring and keep delivering content. And just being relatable to a lot of people out there. Today made me realize that there are a lot of people that really support what I do, and there's no reason for me to stop. There's absolutely no reason for me to stop, and I'm gonna keep going. There's a lot of fitness personalities out there. There's a lot of fake people, there's a lot of real people. The ones that succeed, the people that do succeed, are the ones that are themselves. The ones that are fake, they usually, they tend to be called out, and everyone starts seeing through them. So my advice to you would be is to be real, be yourself, stick to your own. Not everyone's gonna like you, but you know what? Continue to do you, you're gonna achieve success, 100%.
The day went exceptionally well. And on a day like today when you've just got like so many people, you know, and there's so much kind of logistics to get right, you're flying people all over the world, you know, you kind of expect something to go wrong, but thankfully nothing did today. So again, thanks be to God, and I'm just feeling extremely fulfilled and proud as the lights go off around me.
Me.
So I do a lot of things, right? I do a lot of experiences, but organizing events like this is a different feeling, and I do feel very proud. So again, I want to thank everyone who came, the attendees and the speakers, because none of this is possible without them. So it's an unbelievable feeling. Okay, another— if you had like one kind of like protruding message from the day, what would that be? Go ahead and start. Just go ahead and get it done. Like, you know, you know, any idea you're thinking of creating, just go ahead and start. Start it, you know, stop putting it off. And hopefully this event will spur on those people to do that. And like, I'm building a legacy, you know. So in a couple of years' time, when I hear this huge Fortune 500 business, it's gonna be like, oh, I actually started after I attended one of your events, okay? And that's gonna rip, and that's gonna get employees, and it's— that is how I'm gonna leave my mark on history and build a legacy that'll never be forgotten.
So that's what we're doing.
