10 years ago, I uploaded my first ever YouTube video. At the time, I didn't realize how much of an impact this would have on my life. I didn't expect it to take me on this global adventure, but it did. This led to having €300 in my bank account to a 7-figure business while traveling the world in luxury, never having to show up to work since the day I got fired, cultivating a friend group that I can only describe as an elite network building my dream villa in Marbella, attaining a cover model physique, finding the girl of my dreams, and most importantly, living a life of true freedom. Here's my story, how I built the life of my dreams. Every journey starts somewhere. For me, it started right here in Ireland. In school, I wasn't academically gifted. I found it difficult to concentrate. I failed most of my exams. I got into a college course that I didn't give a shit about. I I worked a bunch of jobs that I hated and got fired from all of them. On paper, I was a fucking loser with no direction. When I was 19, my family split up and went their separate ways. We went through rough financial times and had to rent out our home. I lived in one of the spare rooms with a bunch of strangers. I had stuff get stolen from my room, drunk people coming in at crazy hours. It wasn't a nice atmosphere. But this isn't a sob story. I had a roof over my head, so no complaints, but I didn't like my situation. I knew I had to go take action and make something out of myself. The only thing I believed in and had a passion for was fitness. I would watch all these guys on YouTube from America living the life of their dreams and making a living from working out all day. I saw no one in my country was doing this, so I said, why can't I be the first? I wasn't born with a roadmap to success. I had no one to guide me or tell me what to do. I just wanted to look in the mirror and respect the person who stared back at me. I was just a young fella with a passion for fitness, a relentless work ethic, and a crazy idea that I could turn this passion into something much bigger than myself. It wasn't glamorous. I didn't have the best equipment, and I didn't have all the answers. I didn't have a tripod. But that didn't stop me. I taped my phone to the wall and started making videos. And I thought, why not me? Why not be the one to step up and change the game? Those early videos weren't perfect, but they were real. They showed my struggles, my journey, and most importantly, my commitment. I knew that just by starting out, I would put myself ahead of most people. Most people don't even fucking try. As the channel grew, so did the community. People started to take notice, not just in Ireland but around the world. I was no longer just a guy in a gym. I was becoming a voice in the fitness industry. And that's when I realized I was on to something. Success is easy when you just put yourself out there. When you put good energy out into the world, endless opportunities come knocking on your door. But it wasn't just for fame or followers. It was about impact. I wanted to show people that fitness wasn't just about how you look. It was about mindset, lifestyle, and pushing beyond what you thought was possible. I truly believe that once you're on top of your fitness and health, everything in life just flows. And I wanted other people to know this. I wanted other people to feel this. As my influence grew, so did the opportunities. Before I knew it, I was working with some of the biggest names in the fitness industry. Brands I used to go into a supplement shop and buy in hopes of adding an inch to my arms. So to end up being printed on these banners at fitness expos worldwide was hard for me to comprehend. I couldn't believe it, but it was happening. Companies like Alphalete and Ghost saw the value in what I was doing and they wanted to be a part of it. These weren't just sponsorships, they were partnerships. Together we created products, launched campaigns, traveled the world, connected with others, and we pushed the boundaries of what could be done in the fitness world. Whether it was designing the world's first whiskey syrup pre-workout, doing meetups in every major city in the world, or headlining international fitness expos, I was right there bringing my vision to life on a global scale. But it wasn't just about the business. It was about creating value for my community. I wanted to work with companies that believed in what I was doing, that wanted to make a real difference in the lives of people who followed me. And that's what we did together. We built something incredible. Along the way, I realized I wasn't just a fitness YouTuber. I was an entrepreneur. I took what I had built and turned it into a 7-figure business. But it wasn't about the money. It was about creating something that could last. Something that could continue to grow and evolve, and something that gave me freedom. Coaching ebooks, apps, online programs, brand deals, merchandise, in-person events, and more. I learned how to leverage social media, how to scale my business, and how to build a team that could help me achieve even bigger goals and change more lives through fitness. What I'm most proud of is that I did it on my terms. I built this business while traveling the world in luxury with a beautiful girl, living life on my own schedule. And that's the real success, is creating a life where you can do what you love, make an impact, and still have the freedom to explore, to grow, experience everything this life has to offer. My journey took me around the world, from the iconic gyms of LA to the jungle in Bali. I made the world my playground. Traveling wasn't just a luxury, it was part of my work, part of my life. I found I worked even harder and had more creativity when I traveled to a new place. Every new destination was an opportunity to expand my mind, to grow, and to bring something new to my community. But it wasn't just about work. Traveling gave me the chance to experience different cultures, meet incredible people, and find inspiration in places I never expected. Whether I was filming content on a beach in Bali, networking in New York, or doing business in Dubai, I was living a life that I had always dreamed of. And the best part? I was never really going to work. I created a life where work and play blended so seamlessly, where I could do what I love from anywhere in the world. And that's the power of building something on your own terms. You get to design your life exactly how you want it. With growth comes the chance to dream even bigger. Marbella was that dream for me. The gyms, the beaches, the weather, the food, the close proximity to Ireland, everything. It was a place where I could create something that was more than just a home. It was a symbol of everything I'd worked for, every challenge I'd overcome. This villa wasn't just a place to live. It was the manifestation of years of hustle, sacrifice, and vision. To me, it is a piece of art. Every brick, every detail is a reflection of my journey. It was about creating a space where I could continue to grow, to work, and to live the life I'd always envisioned. This wasn't just a milestone, it was a new beginning. It's not just about luxury, it's about creating an environment where I can thrive. Every day I wake up and think about where I used used to live and how much I hated it, and it gives me this feeling that I can only describe as euphoric gratitude. This villa is my sanctuary, my workspace, and my launchpad for the next chapter. It's been a wild ride, from humble beginnings to building the life of my dreams. But if there's one thing I've learned, it's that the journey never really ends. There's always another goal, another challenge, another chapter waiting to be written. So here's to the next 10 years, to new goals, new dreams, and new adventures. It's only getting started. If you've been with me from the beginning, or if you're just joining the journey now, know this: you ain't seen nothing yet.
