So the worst thing you can be in— golden handcuffs. They're trapped in a golden cage, and that's when things are going all right. They're not bad enough to change, and they're not where you want them to be. They're not amazing. So I was working a 9-to-6 office job, and it was actually something I was kind of interested in. I was 22 at the time, and I went into it, and I was like, okay, I should like this because it's nutrition. I'm obsessed with nutrition. It's kind of to do with fitness. But no matter what, even if you're doing something you're really interested in, if you're stuck in that cubicle for 9 hours a day, I just can't do it. Every day when I'd be waking up and I'd be I was having my shower, I put my head against the tiles, and I just knew I was going to be trapped in that cubicle for another 9 hours every day. Because I was like, Rob, there has to be more to you. You're about to enter the prime of your life, 20s and your 30s. I'm like, there's got to be something else. Every day was the exact same. And I was like, I need to do something different so I have a different tomorrow. For me, that was picking up the camera, turning it sideways, and I would watch guys like Christian, Max, Steve Cook. I would look at all these guys in America, and I'm in Ireland, and I would say, why not me? You gotta ask yourself that. If you're looking up to someone, you got to say, what's different about these guys? There's actually nothing different. We're all the same flesh and bone. So I would look at these guys and I say, why not me? Why isn't anyone from Ireland doing this? And so I picked up my camera, I put myself out there, just started showing how I was training and eating, and people saw me evolve over the years. For me, the biggest difference was just being so sick of being average that I just wanted to change so fucking much. When you just get to that point, you're taking your daily shower in the morning, you look at yourself, you're like, you, there's definitely more to you. So that was the point where I But I said, I don't care if people make fun of me. I don't care if I fail because it doesn't even matter if I fail because my life is going to be the same anyways. So if you guys are worried about launching something, you're worried about putting yourself out there, who the fuck cares? Worst, worst situation, you just back to where you are. The fucking worst thing that can happen. And so that's it. And so that was my inflection point when I just said, fuck it.
