What's going on everyone? So excuse the hack me first of all, I'm like covered in chalk, sweat, my hair is a mess. But I'm just back from the gym, decided I'd fix myself up a protein shake. You know, absolutely delicious to have after the gym. But now, I don't know if any of you youngsters recall this, but about a year ago, or maybe it was 2 years ago, for some bullshit reason, Ireland brought in a tax on protein supplements, you know. I remember there was outrage among bros all across the country. I, for one, chained myself to the door, kicking and screaming, "Give us back our game!" But, you know, nothing really came of that, so whatever. But, so anyways, okay, I want to show you a recipe about how to make a protein shake with things that you would just get down in your local newsagent or your shopping centre or whatever, because not everyone like me gets their protein for free, you know. Not everyone's a sponsored athlete. And by sponsored athlete, I mean I go to the gym, look sexy as hell. But anyways, let's kick it off. Alright, so first off, we're going to put in some Greek yogurt. This one is unbelievable. The macros on it are so good. It's, you know, 0 grams of fat, fat-free, and the protein content is actually higher than the carbohydrate content. I didn't know how to pronounce this. It looks like "fayg" or "fayj" or something, but it actually says here it's pronounced "faye." So this one is great. So it's going to be 200 grams of this. It is going to be some protein milk. Now, I've been a lot of places all over the world, and this is the only time I've ever seen protein milk. God bless Ireland. So take advantage of this, people. We're going to put in 200 milliliters of this. 15 grams of natural peanut butter. I really like Meridian brand. It's just, you know, the ingredients are just 100% peanuts. And then just an average-sized banana. This is about 100 grams in and around. And then some frozen raspberries, 33 grams. And also the banana is frozen too. When you put in frozen fruit, it makes it kind of like ice cream, you know, when it blends all up, gives a really good consistency. So let's put this all together now. Also, don't forget to give the yogurt a good stirring up. Next, 100g of egg whites, or, you know, I bought this just down the local shop as well, but you can just crack egg whites into it as well. Luckily, again, we live in a country where 24 eggs are €3, and you know, that's not even the cheapest price out there. So, and then in goes the peanut butter. Peanut butter is love, peanut butter is life. In with fruit. Alright, and then last but not least, 200ml of protein milk. I swear to God, Avonmore, if you're watching, give me that Avonmore sponsorship. I freaking love protein milk. And also, if anyone wants a shortcut, 200ml of protein milk actually equals 190g. So, you know, if you just want to pour it straight onto the scales, save yourself a bit of time. That's what it equals. All right, so that is it all to go, and the macros for this is something like 47 grams of protein, 46 grams of carbohydrate, and 8 grams of fat. So it is like the perfect shake. Let's give it a taste test, even though I know it's going to taste good. Look at that color and everything. Absolutely spot on. I'm going to enjoy that now. And another thing as well, what do you think of the t-shirt I'm wearing? If you want me to make these, I think the logo looks pretty nice. And the t-shirts that I will be getting made are kind of like stretch fit, and they are tapered, so they're tight around the arms and shoulders and then looser towards the bottom. So let me know if you want me to make them. I will do. All about your feedback. Anyways, that's all for today. Thanks for watching, I'm out of here, keep it real. I would 100% wear this on a night out. Fuck, it's clean.
