What's up everyone? So back in the kitchen. I haven't done a cooking video in too long. I know I love doing these videos, and the reason for that is probably because the last couple of weeks I've been in contest prep and my diet wasn't very exciting. But now that's all over, you know, my food choices are a bit more fun. So today we're going to be cooking protein muffins, and also if you're wondering why I'm in kind of a different setting, I'm just at my girlfriend's house as I think the background's a bit better and it's also got some really good downlight. So anyways, that's enough of me talking. Let's kick it off. Alright, okay, this is not a really weird game of beer pong. As you know, I always just lay out all my ingredients before we start. So we got blueberries, oats, skimmed milk. You can use almond milk, whatever you want. Flour, egg whites, some whey protein. I went for cinnamon Danish flavor, absolutely addicted, but you can use whatever flavor you want. 2 bananas, baking soda. I got baking soda. Baking soda, I got baking soda. Some ground cinnamon and some vanilla extract. So there really isn't too much to explain here. You literally just throw it all in the bowl and mix it up. Alright, so the first thing you do is flex to the camera and then mash up all the bananas. All right, so not going to confuse things, literally just throw everything in. Okay, and then mix everything up together. Oh my God, I nearly forgot the protein. That would have been criminal. So 2 scoops of this. And of course, if you want to pick up any MyProtein stuff, the discount code is LIPSA10. Links in the description box. Alright, so you've got your mix. Now the last thing you throw in is your cinnamon, your baking soda, and your vanilla extract. And then the last thing that goes in is the blueberries, but you know, you can throw in anything you want. Maybe you want to throw in nuts, maybe some chopped strawberries. It's up to you. Alright, so simply get yourself a baking tray, some muffin cups, and put this stuff into there. Alright, so lastly, stick them in the oven on 180°C for about 20 minutes, but everyone's oven is different, so just keep an eye on it. Moment of truth, let's see how these turned out. Also, how cool are these mats? Okay, safe to say, nailed them. Blueberries just oozing out, looks insane. And now it's time for a taste test. So they came out perfect. I am absolutely dying to get stuck into these, so I'm going to finish the video here. Thank you all so much for watching. Safe to say, Cooking with Lip is back. And of course, keep it real.
