Okay, so last week was an extremely busy week, and so now I'm kind of like glad to bring you guys a vlog that's just a bit more chilled, a bit more relaxed, you know, a typical day of eating, training, kind of like an update on what's going on. And so be sure to give the video a like. You guys have been so good with that support. I'd love to try get like my average likes on the video to like 2,000. If you're wondering what liking video does, it just helps it like pop up in the recommended feed and stuff, helps the channel grow. So today on the agenda is some packaging, updating my website, still trying to kind of work a few kind of problems problems that I'm having with it out. And then also eating and training. I got a pull day today that I'm kind of excited about because I've made a few changes. So let's get into it. Seeing as it's pull day, let's give you a little update on the back. Traps and lat spread. It will be a bit more even, but I have to hold the camera in one hand. I think your back is kind of like your legs in the sense that, you know, you don't see it in the mirror so often. So sometimes people neglect it, you know, they skip leg day, sometimes they skip doing a lot of back work. So don't neglect what you can't see, and don't make every day bicep day. Once upon a time, that's what I did. Not good. Look what just came in the post for me. Sick! I've seen Jon Olsson taking a few shots in this brand, so I can't wait to wear that. Comment down below if you know, you know. As usual, I'm wearing Myprotein and Alphalete joggers. I haven't actually worn these in the gym yet. These are like the maroon ones. 90% of my gym gear is from Myprotein or Alphalete. New gym gear always gets me excited to lift. This bitch always interrupts my sentences. All right, so basically the new thing that I'm doing for my back is an exercise that I've fallen in love with, and that's rack pulls. I do my deadlifts usually after squats on leg day, but rack pulls, seniors, you're only focusing on the top of the movement completely overload, lift heavier on your traps and your upper back, and just concentrate on it a lot more. I've added these in about a week ago, and I know this sounds really bro science-y, but I've never felt this way. Like, I've never actually felt such a good kind of connection or something. I've never had doms this bad. Either way, I really like it. I'm gonna try it out. It was because you guys, a few of you in the comment section, said if you're trying to improve your traps and your upper back, give rack pulls a go. And there's something I've never done before. And so yeah, I'm looking forward to kind of making some new to do gains on the rack pulls. It's kind of a nice little change to your training, stop things from getting monotonous. Look how wireless these wireless headphones are. Literally that. Yes, I've already lost a pair, but, uh, luckily the company Earin— it's not sponsored, by the way— they sent me out two of them. So yeah, pretty easy to lose. So really good workout, and I'm so glad to be back showing you guys workouts because, you know, recently the channel's been more to do with vlogs and, you know, business and lifestyle and kind of what I get up to, which is great and all. I think that stops, you know, it from being a boring fitness channel. But at the end of the day, I do want to give you guys some good workouts and inspire you to get in the gym. So anyways, post-workout, always my hungriest time of the day. So that's why I have like a really quick NutriQuik. Really quick NutriQuik. This guy's hilarious. Just because I'm always so hungry. So this is a turkey burger, sweet potato fries, and then I always cook like my protein of the day in bulk. So I'm just going to put that in the oven. That's like really lean ham to get in the Christmas spirit. Okay, so literally just there, Ben sent me a pretty funny video that I completely forgot about. I'll put it up on screen now. Okay, so I've just came up with a breakthrough in new age fitness. It's how you combine the shoulder press and the assisted pull-up at the same time. I'm honestly a goddamn genius. What? This video is just full of terrific new exercises. This pretty much sums up me and Sarah's relationship. Okay, so just about to go into the post office to do today's orders of LF Gymwear, and seriously, like, look how gray it is outside. In badly need of a holiday. December is like the first month in a while that I'm not traveling anywhere, but I'd love to go on like a little weekend trip to somewhere warm, any recommendations of where's good this time of year, comment down below. All right, so it's dinner time. Had a very kind of long draining day on the laptop, and honestly, the day's getting shorter, makes me so tired. And leading up to January, me and Sarah just have a lot of things to do, a lot of loose ends to tie up before the busiest time of the year in the fitness industry, which is 1st of January, as everyone is embarking on their new kind of fitness plans or whatever it is. So I was going to put together a quick dinner. It's that ham I cooked up earlier, some white rice, and then a cup of broccoli for veggies. I'm just going to quickly dice up this ham into like really small little pieces and then put everything in a pan, kind of like wok fry it together. All right, people, so wrapping things up here. Now I apologize if this vlog was a little bit, you know, less going on than usual, but like, this is my typical routine. So coming up to Christmas, you know, it's a time when everyone kind of calms down and chills out a little bit, doesn't travel so much. So the vlogs will be a bit more kind of training and diet orientated because, you know, I'm going to spend a lot of time sitting on my laptop getting prepared for the new year, which is already shaping up to be very big. One of the first kind of like itineraries that has been booked is Australia with Alphalete in March for the Arnold Expo. Australia is somewhere that I've never been before in my life, so I'm gonna be so excited to experience that with such an awesome group of people. Please comment below if there's any Australians watching this. I'd be delighted to meet some of you guys out there. So I'm gonna hit the hay. Catch you in the next one. Keep it real. Peace. No, no, no. What would you do if my knife was actually like this? Do you wish? No, clean the bed. You're eating in bed again. You're eating fucking choco crispies in bed now. There's crumbs all over the bed. Are you very— I'm gonna get in the bed. You can sleep on the couch.
